I don't think that's the right share for bounty allocation, each bounty has different campaigns and different allocations depending on the number of participants, the only high allocation is for signature campaigns because of minimal participants and higher allocations, maybe from the above division you will get $200 -$300 for one bounty.

I think good bounty always depended in a best manager. always follow that bounty which is managed by a reputable manager. but if you are a new bounty hunter and if you don't know who is the best and reputable manager then always follow the higher rank bounty managers bounty and which campaign payment is escrowed.

Good bounty not fully depend in a bounty manager. all bounty manager bring and manage campaign for earning purpose . reputable managers Bounty can be higher possibility to good. but you can't guaranteed all bountys managed by reputable campaign manager can be good. but you must have to remember in your mind if you want to earn money from bountys then you have to work with multiple campaign
escrowed bounty is already such a good bounty at least you know that the tasks you did eventually gonna have results since if it isn't escrowed there are chances that the devs aren't gonna keep their promises. moreover you should also judge from the manager whether they are trusted and if they are, surely that bounty gonna usually ends in success even though it isn't necessarily means you gonna gets tremendous results from the bounty.

I can say from my personal experience that Bounty is nothing but publicity about a project. If the target amount of fund is raised in that project then we call it successful bounty otherwise unsuccessful. And if the bounty is successful, only the payment is available from that bounty. If a bounty doesn't pay hunters even after being successful, I call it a scam bounty. So I think we should participate in well renowned bounty manager's bounty. The probability of getting paid from these bounties is high.sometimes managers who have a good reputation are also affected by fraudulent projects, often in the middle of the promotion trip is stopped, it is because there are irregularities in the project. Therefore we can see the benchmark for researching the project's objectives and have provided funds using escrow before the bounty program was launched

I don't believe that good profits cannot be earned from bounty projects. Because many have earned huge amount from some bounties such as UnitedCrowd, Amepay, JuicyFields etc. Some signature bounties have paid up to $400 in 4 weeks. But the number of such highly successful bounties is very less. But generally it is possible to make a good monthly income from bounty. 
Bounty conditions are currently in the hardest position, some of the bounty that I follow only pay small, maybe the same as the income of faucets or PTC a few years ago, but this can be understood because of the difficulty for Raise Money from a new project.
With such profits just waste your time and effort. I have to say its not worth entering even with bull market, also I believe you can't make better profit because bounty projects are no longer a place to make profit. Escrows is good but gathering so many shitcoin in your wallet Isn't fair. Op is looking about "to find good bounty" not shitcoins. Yes new crypto projects are difficult this days but team, communuty, developer works and such proper analysis & experice can help to hit the good one.
We have seen many bounty escrow lists but from many more from scam projects, so even though escrow is not a guarantee the project is not in the scam list but precisely because they are from scam projects they convince the bounty manager and participants by agreeing to the escrow service to the bounty manager. But if there is a good project and the escrow payment it will be very awesome because the payment will be transferred by the bounty manager after the campaign finish.

Huge amounts of money are being made through cryptocurrency scams. At the same time, those who are working in the bounty program are also facing huge losses. They are not getting paid after working. Sometimes their personal information is stolen from them by the name of KYC. Hunters should not participate on all projects. Working on a selected few projects have the possibility to get payment and other wise it just consider wastage of their time.
