The current bounty condition is very difficult and cannot be used for income like a few years ago, I made a bounty for interlude while learning about many things, in my opinion a good bounty is a top manager that has a strong reputation in this forum. How do you measure about reputable company if such company is still new and doesn't have track record to even look at. Sure if the team members was involved in some good projects back in the day but it doesn't really make much difference if those projects are failed with the goal they set just like every other projects in this forum. I think by choosing the right manager and the person is already very trusted, this is the first point that must be considered for the goodness of the bounty.
And again don't just blatantly choosing the projects just based on that one aspect only, you have to check at other aspects to make sure you won't regret with any investment you make.

Its not about the bounty its about how the project become successful and what was the response from the community. If the project is failed then the bounty will not profitable sometimes we can only receive a priceless token and end up to disappointment, but if the project will become successful bounty hunter will surely earn specially when the price of the token will rise after the reward distribution and listing, my strategy is that i always joined a campaign when the project owner is very transparent and already become a part of a successful project before it is important to know the project we promoted because our earnings as a bounty hunter depends on it. There's no trick to know a good bounty aside doing some research on the project. Although, that is not a guarantee that the project will be successful. Now, if you are after the payment of rewards, I will advice you to join an escrowed bounty from reputable managers in the forum. I can assure you that reward distribution is guaranteed but making enough profit is not guaranteed as that solely depends on how successful the project is.

many bounty campaigns do not pay out rewards to campaign participants. although the campaign is managed by trusted managers such as Julerz, irfanpak, braindboss, bountydetective and Hampuzz. so I think for now a good bounty campaign for us to follow is a campaign that has given its reward to the manager or Escrowed. because Escrowed is the most appropriate way for us to follow because the bounty manager will definitely give our reward according to the time he has determined and is listed on the bounty thread.

First of all, don't participate in the bounty blindly. The best way to be safe is to talk to the user who posted the gift and make sure they can be trusted. The big thing is to make sure they are a reputable company with a good business model.
There are so many stories where the company's planned ICO never came out/confusingly called a "coin scam" due to poor management and funding issues. Participating in the bounty program has a 50/50 outcome, you will get paid or you will get scam. Now everything is much easier than it used to be, just look for bounties that give payment in bitcoins and who make payments every week, or some certain period. unfortunately, there is no clear forecast of the success of the project...You need to understand this matter yourself, analyze a lot of factors about the project.
