As a matter of fact it would be Scam ICOs as opposed to Scam Bounties, I said that since bounties identified with ICOs, the supervisors of bounties just take after the agreement amongst them and ICO ventures, so if the ICO are misled, it isn't abundance blame, we can not reprimand Bounty, and without a doubt, regardless of the amount we attempt to discover which ICO is trick, we can never know 100% an ICO is trick, it is our decision to pick a decent ICO for us to join an abundance.

Checking straight to the team that is behind of ICO where the bounty came should be the first thing that you should check if these people are really legit for they might be using someone else's identity. If you find it that they're legit, read their whitepaper including the roadmap. An ICO that has already a working product will also prove that it is indeed a legit ICO.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it. I hope bounties will not be like this anymore because they demand and we did our part but they didn't do theirs. I hope you could answer my question.

You asked long ago, but I'd like to answer according to the recent situation. 90-95 % of the projects, which offer Bounty, isn't worth your time. They're not a scam but have secondary ideas and weak teams! The coolest projects collect their money without Bounty-hunters!

In first, you need read the background of ICO well, check their website and join their telegram group. Usually if the telegram group there is a good response from the manager then the possibility of a small scam.

The ICO project scam is indeed very difficult to know. But we can continue to do some checking on all aspects of the project. Especially for the bounty, we have to be careful. During this, I follow the bounty project, when the project was never doing the update information. I better get out of the project.

I think we should check out their staff, founder and co-founder. Those are the things we should check out, if they intentionally hide those people, that project is a scam. Besides, if they do not have a clear roadmap, they are fraudulent. that is my experience.

Actually it is difficult to know whether a bounty is a scam or not, but we can prevent it so that's not happen to us. And yeah, you're right. We need to know anything about the project that we are joined in, so we can avoid a scam.

You can tell if the campaign is a scam if there is no updates inside the Google Spreadsheet. They need to stay relevant to survive.
You cant actually identify if it is a scam. Scammers are person and they have really so many tricks to make you believe that they will give you opportunity. But some bounties are true. I mean you can earn. By simply looking at their platform itself. You can identify if that ICO can really success and sell the tokens very well to reach soft cap or even hard cap.

Bounty's are scam if they are not easily verifiable, such Bounty's cannot be found on search engines and if two or more comments are not made about it then one can easily conclude they are scam

I really find this trend helpful from what I have read from the comment by the members of this forum.   Now,  I know some of the things I need to search and observe  before dedicating my time and energy  to any bounty campaign.

it is hard to detect scam bounty.
you have to do some research by yourself before you joining in bounty.
you can check their website, whitepaper, social media and their team to avoid scam ICO.
indeed it is very difficult to distinguish which project bounties are good and also a scam, because most of the bounty project scam that occur when the sale of their ICOs ends, even though we read and are careful when choosing still cannot differentiate.
Of course, the ico project is a huge counterfeit revolution, we can not know exactly the good project and counterfeit, what we do is just try to distinguish through some basic characteristics, such as the manager, the whitepaper, and the review page. Then can only rely on luck to finish in the success, but I recommend that we choose the good manager, at least they will inform us very quickly when the project is scam, avoid wasting our time

You need to investigate. It's in your best interest. It is necessary to carefully study everything, and only after that, if you do not suspect the project, you can start to participate in it.

I'm not tired of saying that before you choose a project you need to spend a little time to understand where you eventually need to invest money or invest your time, for me it's the same, because time is the most precious resource.

first we have to see from the number of participants and also from the prizes that are given are true or not, and we might ask the admin on a bounty that we run and also we can ask if this is a scam or not so we can certainly believe that the bounty what we follow is indeed bounty.
