The first step to check good bounty is you should check their whitepaper and their roadmap. But some ico were unpredictable and unexpected. For all of that you should make an analysis as much as possible, you can check it in ico bench and linkedin too. And the lasf is just follow your heart and your intuition, your heart never lie to you.

How do you know if it is a scam? Because I have encountered a bounty that let me finish all the translations first and didn't respond to me after I have passed it.
