Hello, i'm new to the environment of cryptocurrency Bitcoin I've been reading a few posts from time to time to educate myself more and be more knowledgable about it, but sometimes i find it hard to understand how everything works.

What's the best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin and everything around it ?
Only those who have some detailed knowledge about cryptocurrencies can learn about Bitcoin and all other virtual currencies. Since you are a newbie and have a lot of interest to learn about Bitcoin, I think you will be satisfied with this learning. You can learn about Bitcoin from various blogs and currently there are many videos about Bitcoin and also since you are registered in this forum you can easily learn about Bitcoin. To know everything that is around about bitcoin you need guidelines which you will find in this form and from these you can proceed with education. And should you take advice from a knowledgeable person about science then you can claim yourself as a good successful bitcoiner someday.
Yes, there is a lot of information on the forum, but anyone who reads it must select the available information. some only argue from their views or experiences. and that may or may not be in accordance with the truth. a lot of information but you still have to sort it wisely.

but more importantly, you have to find the goal or what information you want to get. it could be related to the technology that Bitcoin brings, or Bitcoin mining and trading. Focusing on some topics and digging out more information will help for more efficient learning.

Since you are a newbie, it is difficult for you to learn everything about Bitcoin at first. But if you can spend time here regularly and have a keen interest to know then you will surely learn something good about Bitcoin. Here many experienced people have shared a lot of good information you can go there and learn good things about Bitcoin first hand.
Learning about Bitcoin is just passion and having interest, apart from the forum you can also make your own research to know things about bitcoin which you can also bring to the forum to discuss about it for you to get more understanding about bitcoin.  It is always profitable when people put every interest to learn about bitcoin,  than when people think their is nothing to learn about bitcoin,  all they just want is to invest and get rich from bitcoin.

Doing some research so that you can learn yourself cryptocurrency is fine or okay (nothing wrong about doing it to learn) since it is also one of the ways on how a person can learn about cryptocurrency but if you find something that is complicated or not easy to understand then that's a problem until you solve it yourself or by asking help from someone who knows and understand about the complicated things and then he/she will explain it to you so you can finally understand it. That's the disadvantage when you don't have someone who will teach you or guide you along the way and the only thing you can do is find a community, a forum like this one to ask someone for clarification about crypto.
When you reach areas of reading bitcoin books that you find unclear or difficult to grasp, you can view videos online that explain the concepts you're not sure about. If that's the case, you can learn more by doing practical exercises and asking questions. Having an individual with knowledge of bitcoin inside your team is always beneficial as they can serve as a valuable resource for any information you require and are always willing to help.

Apart from those that teach traders, there will soon be an official school for bitcoin enthusiasts since El Salvador has legalized the currency. Other nations will incorporate the study of bitcoin into their curricula, making it even easier to learn about.

People often think that they can gain money without having to sacrifice anything, which makes it impossible to succeed with bitcoin. I know of several bitcoin owners who constantly spend their money despite being aware of its advantages, and they ought to start reading more books.

Bitcoin is not that difficult as you think expecially if you want invest it , you just need to understand that bitcoin is volatile which it price can go up and can also come down.  With this nature of Bitcoin it can't predict the price of bitcoin,  so if you want to invest in bitcoin you just need to understand that the market because many people sees Bitcoin complicated when they do not have better understanding about the market. Investing in Bitcoin you just need patience to hodl, and not to depend on Bitcoin that it can give you profit the way you have predicted.

If you want to go into Bitcoin trading you just have to take your time to understand the rules because when you miss any of the rules in trading it can affect your trade. Their is noting difficult in bitcoin,  everything is just understanding.

The easiest way to learn everything, not just bitcoin, is by asking questions about anything you don’t understand. And you are very lucky to know about this forum, so feel free to check everything out. As you said earlier, anytime you read something and don’t understand it, the forum members will help you out. However, before asking any question, make sure you are sure of any answer given to you so that you will be able to comprehend everything you want to know. Maybe this can also help you out  learnmeabitcoin

If you really want to learn more, I'd suggest spending time on Bitcointalk forums to stay up to date. But seeing some of the reports above, that doesn't seem to be your real intent here.  Reading's important too - don't just spout off stuff if youre still learning.

I love how OP is being very inquisitive to learning, it is unusual as most newbie first desire on how to get paid or how they will earn merits.

While trying to learn, you do not need be in a hurry to knowing everything all at once, it takes time to know much.
Bitcoin has so many aspect to learn about, from Trading, Buy and Hold, strategies to apply when trying to accumulate Bitcoin (Dcaing or buying the Dip) including the blockchain aspect.
So go through the links which some members will send here, read them and understand so you know when to apply them and also stay active here in this forum.

You want an easy way to learn about Bitcoin? You are in the right place but you might learn less if you want it easy. There is a Bitcoin board in this forum, you can read all you need to know there.the search option is there for you to ask all your questions and answers will be provided to you. When I first started learning about Bitcoin (that was before I joined this forum) i read lots of articles about Bitcoin.  This I downloaded from Google and to be honest, it helped me a lot until I joined this forum. Know this, there is no time frame for learning, so do not be in a hurry to learn fast and move on to something else, learning never ends. I wish you luck 🙏

Always use your dictionary and Google Search then everything will be very simple for you to understand. And it is not all about links but understanding.
Google is a very useful but a very dangerous tool for many things related to Bitcoin. Asking Google to recommend good wallets or exchanges can point you to fake phishing sites or Google ads created by scammers. Without knowing what you are doing and not having the knowledge to distinguish the good from the bad, Google can get you in trouble. You should at least have ad blockers installed in your browsers because Google doesn't care if it's advertising a scam for you to see.

You can find answers to questions about science by following the Bitcoin Discussion section of this forum.  Meanwhile, you can search these topics on Google and read various articles where detailed information about Bitcoin is given.  On the other hand, YouTube has a lot of videos about Bitcoin from big content creators that can give you a better idea about Bitcoin.  To become an expert in all fields, one has to put in a lot of effort.  So you try to learn by exploring different aspects and it will help you a lot

There's no need to send you any link @cantsay  has already done that. Those are same link I'm using recently. But there's way I'm doing it. this might become handy to you too.
Any time I'm reading in those websites,
If there's anything I'm finding hard to understand.
I always make sure to do some research here in the  forum.
To make it more understandable and clearer for me. Because in the forum you will see alot of amazing opinions from different users.
You doing that will give you proper understanding.

Sometimes there are discussions that require a deeper breakdown for us to understand, sometimes the language used has implied meanings that only skilled people can interpret.

Yes. There are many people on this forum who have talents like that. So don't hesitate to ask if you get accurate answers to several problems, especially if someone really wants to invest in BTC with peace of mind.

If you plan to just buy Bitcoin and hold is an investment, you don't really need to learn all the details of how Bitcoin works and the surrounding cryptography, you really only need to know how to safely manage private keys and other basics. People don't know how computers, phones, the Internet and cars work, yet they use them every day; why should it be different with Bitcoin?

There is no longer the best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin other than by reading or watching videos.  i still really remember when i was still a beginner in Bitcoin, i spent a lot of time reading topics about Bitcoin on this forum, even asking questions in personal messages to several senior members who clearly had good knowledge about bitcoin and the problems that usually arise in bitcoin.  Currently, to look for information about Bitcoin in detail, there are many sources that we can get, even outside of this forum, there are also many available, it just remains for us to try to find information about Bitcoin patiently and seriously, don't be lazy about finding out, that's all my advice.

Self-study is the most effective way to learn about bitcoin in this forum. If you come across something difficult and don't understand it, you can ask about it in the forum and get answers. You can also read more about bitcoin by visiting the books and websites recommended by other users in the comments of this post. There is no one way to learn about bitcoin; it all depends on how serious you are and how you want to progress in your learning.

I believed it is not all the things you read that is giving you problem and probably because of the terms used in the threads so what you have to do is to use your phone dictionary, Google Search Engine and the Glossary of Bitcoin terms to find out the meaning of all the new words and read those posts again you will understand. If don't understand those terms even though you read those links they sent to you to read will be the same problem like the others. But once you understand the meaning of all the new words you come across while reading them everything will be very simple for you.

Always use your dictionary and Google Search then everything will be very simple for you to understand. And it is not all about links but understanding

Make this forum your main place to learn all about Bitcoin and crypto in general.
For me, the bitcointalk.org forum is the best place to learn all things related to Bitcoin because part by part in the learning stage is here, such as what Bitcoin is, how Bitcoin works, where to store Bitcoin and how to buy Bitcoin and other technical parts.

Outside the forum there is also a lot of space to learn about Bitcoin and its surroundings, such as by using the search function in your browser so you can find free articles that discuss it. If it is easier for you to understand by watching videos, you can use the YouTube platform to learn all about Bitcoin.

Even though there are many spaces available for free outside the forum, the bitcointalk.org forum is still a very good learning space for me personally.

To expend on what I said earlier, there is one more resource that you can save for later. It was originally created by Ratimov two years ago. The account now has a different name, and I have no idea what happened with him, but he locked and deleted every thread he ever created on Bitcointalk. Still, the Beginners & Help Encyclopedia was a great collection of the forum's best threads. You can still view an achieve of it here: Beginners & Help Encyclopedia

Hmm, that's a fact it was a great collection and Ritmov was actively making updates on the list monthly, but after a few days he started to delete most of his threads there are many theories and un-authentic stories about this case, I'm not sure about their legitimacy. Seems like a new collection like that should be started.

Personally I would really like to do that foe the upcoming threads due some busy schedule in December, if no one opens such thread, I will surely do so.

If you have been doing some reading from time to time and still finding difficulty in understanding how everything works then maybe you should change the pattern of your learn. People learn and assimilate easily in different ways and if you are doing it in the form that is not your own way of easily understanding then it can make the learn-to-understamd process a difficult task.

Op why not look for persons that also have interest in bitcoin and also have knowledge too about it engage in a regular small circle discussion where you guys can be asking and answering questions in a about areas of bitcoin you're finding hard to grasp. There are sets of persons that learning easily by a round table discussion than they do with just reading. You can also find such groups online, maybe on YouTube.

In addition to what others have said, I'll advice you hang around the forum very often and you'll get upto date with things about Bitcoin. Engage in conversation with relation to Bitcoin and you'll improve your knowledge of the currency. Do more of reading though instead of trying to say what you know nothing about. Don't always look for the simplicity of things as they can be misinterpreted in the way that best sort their agenda. Find information on their true forms.

Use multiple sources to learn, you can use verbal means or audio/visual means so you can better understand what is been said. While you learn, note that you can't fully understand everything about Bitcoin especially in a day or few day as there are new innovations that you'll get to learn as you continue your journey in Bitcoin. Ask questions on the forum when you come across challenging and you'll better your knowledge on Bitcoin and the industry at large.

OP, as long as you ask AI and post answers here that are not written by your hand and mind, you will not learn anything, neither about Bitcoin nor about anything else. AI forces a person to turn into the same thoughtless creature, which, after a post about protecting Bitcoins and using hardware wallets, forces the owner to create a topic about ignorance of the basics.
Ask yourself: Is there any logic to your question after you wrote this post? Who are you trying to fool?
To keep your Bitcoin safe, use hardware wallets for cold storage, enable two-factor authentication on exchanges, regularly update software, and keep private keys offline. Consider using reputable wallets and staying informed about security best practices.

The use of AI is not approved by the forum. And you are its true user.

Hope you are enjoying your stay on the forum, but as far as learning about crypto goes...there is always something new to learn about this technology and this challenge will always be there ,meaning no easy route...
And not to burst your bubble you don't want any easy way out with this as learning about bitcoin is a gradual process, a lifestyle at its best...it's not like some novel or car manual you read and you done with it, no...you need to be in touch with this tech and constantly reading and researching about it and before you know it you will have a great deal of information about it and in no time help others in need of such info..

Otherwise best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin is this forum and you can accelerate this knowledge with the help of YouTube and Google.

The first thing is to learn the terminologies of Bitcoin.  That is the basic things to do when you are starting to study Bitcoin.  The importance of learning terminology is that you will be not confused and can easily understand when the words are used.  You can have this site[1] as reference and study the definition of each term used in Bitcoin.

You can also try to watch simplified Bitcoin videos to educate yourself.  A simple search in Youtube can bring you lots of results, but I think anyone can understand Bitcoin more if they are able to identify the terms/words used and its definition.

I hope the OP is not in a hurry to learn about this market, because he is thinking that he can get rich quick from knowing about it.
It is not an overnight task to learn all about btc, the terms alone would take time for him to grasp its meaning.
But in any case, he has this beginners section to roam around and read for himself. It is free to read anyway.
Also, if he really wants to experience how it feels to make the first btc transaction, better use spare amount of money, so if he made a mistake, he won't be regretting about this market.

What's the best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin and everything around it ?
Try this new method of learning about Bitcoin. You may not have the time to read through all the links for one reason or the other. This method which hasn't been mentioned will give you a good headstart.

Go to YouTube and search for Bitcoin interviews. Click on the first one with the highest number of views. It is one of  the easiest, laziest, and fastest ways to learn about Bitcoin.

Most of the people here would give you some articles no beginner will read.  Realistically, you may get bored within minutes or the moment you realize how much you have to read.

Here is my advice.  Look up some basic YouTube videos about Bitcoin for starters.  Make it fun, not boring.
~

Yeah, Pmalek's got some great suggestions for YouTube videos that can help him learn. Definitely worth checking them out if thats his preferred learning style:

Jameson Lopp offers some of the best resources you can find online. Start with the beginner courses and work your way to the more advanced guides after that.

If you like YouTube videos, check out Andreas Antonopoulos' Bitcoin for Beginners playlist.

I would also recommend the @WhiteboardCrypto channel, which offers interesting animated videos with easy-to-understand explanations on various crypto-related topics:

Here is my advice.  Look up some basic YouTube videos about Bitcoin for starters.  Make it fun, not boring.  Get started by downloading a Wallet of your liking.  My suggestion is Electrum for a day 1 beginner.

Install it, write that seed down ON A PIECE OF PAPER.  Not on a TXT file.  Not on your E-mail.  Not on your Notes App.  On paper!  And when you are done, start looking up any thing you do not understand.  Research any thing that may interest you and tip of the decade is LEAVE ALTCOINS ALONE!  You do not need them and no, they will most likely not get you Rich.  Stick to Bitcoin and learn as much as you can about it.

The best and easiest way to learn Bitcoin or any other crypto-currency for the matter is to ask questions, don't be shy to ask question from what you don't understand, there are lots of people here active and ready to advice you on that effect but I would suggest you try to take this easy and learn slowly.
First start with what's Bitcoin, you can search on any browser about that and then.
+ Bitcoin wallet (which is good for you): https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.63105882

+Bitcoin transaction(lighting network): https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.53122219

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.44524521

Also do some research on how to be safe while using Bitcoin, there are lots of scammers and hackers out there.

What's the best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin and everything around it ?

I'd recommend reading through a thread or two here each day.  After you do, try summarizing what you learned and ask others if you got it right.  Going over things again and again like that can really help cement new concepts.

Here are a couple threads with good info for new members:

I think one think you don't understand about the forum is that here is not the best place to learn about Bitcoin. You can learn about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency at large on other websites that are dedicated to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency learning. There are sites you can create account and they will allow you to view their contents learning about more of cryptocurrency. Bitcointalk is not a place where we can learn about Bitcoin from scratch. We need to learn someone else then come here to talk about what we know and also learn more from people that had been here for long.

i find it hard to understand how everything works.
Give it time, do not be in too much hurry to understand and do not get frustrated with yourself for not quickly being able to catch up, slowly you will understand what bitcoins really are and even have more knowledge than some other people who have known about bitcoins longer than you have. If you can get serious with this forum, there is much to learn and the difference will be very obvious in the depth of your knowledge which will be deeper than that of some other people who know bitcoins but not in this forum. It is a privilege that you have.

Imo what you have been doing is the best thing you can do for yourself here in the forum to avoid blabbing unnecessarily.

Since your becoming familiar with the forum you can use the search button regularly to find the exact thing you find hard to understand and you can look for threads from the senior colleagues especially legends to read and understand the basic things in the forum. This advise was offered by one of the senior colleagues to me too that how I'm growing too.

What's the best and easiest way to learn about Bitcoin and everything around it ?

The following are the top resources that I will recommend for you to start learning from…

https://github.com/bitcoinbook/bitcoinbook This is a great ebook and if you can dedicate your time to read it you’ll be able to understand how bitcoin works because it also talks about the technical aspects of bitcoin.

This https://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/ alongside https://developer.bitcoin.org/ can also be of help, if you have an interest in learning about the technical aspect of bitcoin. The former is a site where you can also ask questions about bitcoin and find answers to some questions that you might have.

And lastly https://learnmeabitcoin.com/
