A simple word but its always true. Be proactive, and I believe action speaks louder than words. Just go to catch up wth friends! Expand your social network and you will find a way to make friends, even a gf, hahah

Online games, always a good source to make new friends, even if they are just online but sometimes you can meet people from your town, depends on the game.
