Man, I used to have the same problem, then I stopped trying to "Make Friends". Friends will happen. Just get out, be yourself, and don't push. it will happen.

Try to find people with common interests. U can find it in social network. It can be anything, favorite football team, or watching serials. Good luck

maybe just talk to then and have the courage to first move. And maybe check your sorroundings first before talking to them or how you can be friends with them or just be yourself.

What I can suggest is that if you want to be friends with someone, just be yourself and find a common interest with that person. All friendship starts with having a common interest. 
talk about the things you like and let them say what theirs are. You won't be boring if you were able to find something to talk about to people. You can also do the question approach, people LOVE to talk about themselves and just show them that you're interested in what they are saying and put some input here and there then there's a big chance you'll gain more friends. people get bored if you only focus on yourself when talking to them.

just be hostile, smile, being talkative, easy going and ready to welcome everyone. Also, one should be ready to welcome all views from people you meet if even you do not agree with them, do not condemn their views . Also, one should be tolerable to everyone.
How to be friends, we must be able to keep other people's feelings and we must learn the manners.
It is easy to make new friends. Just be yourself and it flow. Don't lie on what and who you are. The best of friends are the one that will stay whoever and whatever you are.

Just be yourself and watch some stand up shows to tell others
