My opinion if you want  to make the project successfully you have to need a good partner and you often do not realize is that the journey to success in the land of project sometimes  can be tough, ruthless and very challenging so you must choose a partner to start a project  must be carefully beside that to increase our chance of survival and success, it often needs a great idea to find a good person to do the project. And you  have to get a couple of business partners and have gained some knowledge and experience in working with the right partners to start the project successfully.

Social media platforms are the powerful tools nowadays. Moreover, they are totally free. This is a great opportunity for the new project to efficiently promote itself. Also, Telegram groups are great for advertising as you can connect with your target audience directly.

   deliverables, which will make things much easier as the project progresses.
3. Open Communication
    We have open communication in a team because an open communication channel is very important in a project for it to be a success.
    When the team is working on a specific schedule and we can communicate the others well to do the project.
4.Proper Risk Management
   It is a known fact that projects do not go exactly as planned. Some projects fail and some fail spectacularly due to risks that arise during
   a project. So we must do the project carefully.
5.Strong Project Closure
   It is importance  for a project to have a strong closure. As a project manager you should be firm and agree with the client that all the critical
   success factors have been met. Project delivery, testing and release confirmation must be agreed upon and signed off.

Based on my experience uncontrollable campaign manager will waste your money. You have to know every part of your business yourself and so you can control it.

I think to make a project successful first you have to strong your advertising option then you need to hire a campaign manager that will do everything you want.after that Campaign Manager should tell to the members about a bounty, that they need to promote that project once in a week or twice that is a rule. thus a project can be successful that's my opinion.

My friends are running a ICO project, I think if you've already had a product, it's a big advantage when you launch ICO. Unless you will need a detail plan.

Taking part or choosing an easy to follow project is not the best way of selecting an ICO which will be successful in the future because the uniqueness purpose and the concept of the project captivate most investors which literally lead to the success of the project.

1) Through coins/Tokens, Automation, what traditional problems
 are going to be solved.
2) Vision of Future solution of Problems.
3) MISSION to be undertaken to solve the problems.
4) Solution offered to different agencies.
