Ico project is a type of project where in a large number of people participating the project is the main indicator for it to be succesful, so I can confidently say that the main key for a project to be succesful is to establish a strong campaign mechanism to encourage people to join the project. In that sense the bitcointalk is doing it, It is a must that a project is headed by strong willed managers doing all the planning and application of campaign. lastly the project should be worth rewarding for the participants because despite of all benefits the managers shout take good care of the campaign members for they are the vessel of wealth why the project becomes succesful.

you ICO creators should think about program how to educate people to make them use crypto currency more.
since the old guys are more sceptical about any kind of investment schemes,many been burned in past.

    There is still a lot people who dont undestood what is the bitcoin,blockchain ,and etc. even simple things like open coinbase account and deposit funds are hard for some people.

As we know coinbase has good interface in usa so i guess large number of people from Usa will be the ones who  will be involved in investment schemes.  and bitcoin ATm s are good too.

and yes offcourse the team work and road maps marketing,.advertisement,and this kind of things are important too:)

First tell them what is your project be honest to your team be trusted and share your blessings to them make effort to they will burst their willing to do it that your project will successful in the future tell them work hard then give them rewards

The success of a project depends on all aspects that support the project. Team developers can be a success of a project, in addition vision and mission will also be able to determine whether the public will be interested or not.

The rest is how the project can do its work in accordance with the roadmap that has been designed. Convincing investors is also a matter that must be addressed, if all can be fulfilled then it is the gateway to the success of the project.

Not all the time that a coin would retain its ICO price once they do hit on exchange because there are instances that it would go even lower.Trading them up would be your choice because you will able to re-roll the the tokens you are holding but If I were you I would decide to sell it out and make use the profits to buy another altcoins in the market or just plan to save them and accumulate for more bigger bankroll to be traded soon.

You need lots of things to make your project successful. First, you need a group of trusted people because without them, your project will fail. Second, you need many back-up plans or plan Bs in case your project faces a problem which will require plan A (which is the current project) to get replaced by another plan.

Added to that, you should use the SWOT analysis in order to get your idea about the project in order and work on the threats and weaknesses points to avoid any future problem.

You would think that a good idea would rise to the top but unfortunately it can be difficult to get people's eyeballs on the idea with all of the ICO/ITOs going on.

Having difficulty with my organization's visibility even though everyone that has taken the time to learn what we're about thinks it's a great idea and has participated in our token fund raising.

Also, there may be difficulties in the initial period of this project, but the best thing is always trying to improve some problems. Moreover, It is very necessary to not stand and give up when there are some difficulties or failure, Because all failed experiments give a good vision to fix errors which may be achieved in the future.

First of all you need to have a great team.At least for your successful project  you need developers (3-4),Designer,Community team,Advertiser,Documents writer and PR manager if its about token/coin.For many investors its important to see more about your project team  and relevant documentations(team member bios).After this you need to creat community:Bitcointalk,telegram channel,reddit,twitter,youtube to share your videos,twitter and other..Project must be very very transparent to achieve goals and also its important to participate in the conferences.

The best way to make your campaign a success is to hire a bounty manager who has experience of previous successful ICO campaigns .... have a look at the ones which have finished and work your way back through the news releases and identify the owners of the campaigns
