In my experience, women are more advanced in technology to test and adopt. I believe many women are already using bitcoins world wide. Only for getting equal number of women, we may expect some time. Obviously this is including payment technology.

Get the top markets in the world to like BTC and accept it, And get some discounts on it in stores while shopping, That would be a great way to encourage women to use BTC IMO.
Bitcoins aren't accepted by the popular websites and even there aren't much discounts or cashback when users pay with bitcoins and only way to get women to use bitcoins would be gifting them a debit card like xapo debit card or other bitcoin related debit cards.

i just tell them that bitcoin can get with free,and i just show to them what can i do with bitcoin,i show them what can i buy with bitcoin,and when they asked about bitcoin,i tell them that bitcoin is valuable internet thing.

Discoint on Bitcon, like already mentioned, seems to be the best way for me.
make it so they get a discount everytime they shop with bitcoins in a store that supports it and more people will buy with bitcoins not only female. and it will spread. and become more talked about and popular in the process.

This is not that much good idea but First we wanna make realize what is bitcoin because more people doesn't know what is it. So better we can spread it first to all. Then we can look at with gender.
