I am pretty sure there is a lot more men using bitcoin than women.

Yeah we don't have to give our bitcoin to anyone. But we can motivate them to earn bitcoins by earning bitcoins in their presence and hope they will find it interesting and beneficial. After that it will be easy for you to invite them for any bitcoin site to join. Also if you want to pay them with bitcoin they will easily accept.
Yeah and if you will give them bitcoins they will simply spend it, it is better them to teach how to earn bitcoins, let them earn on their own and spend it, they should know the importance and dedication required to earn bitcoins, and If they find it interesting they would surely start making good bitcoins in future.
