Why do you need to motivate women to use bitcoin?!
Will you gain something from motivating them?! Why don't let them decide if they want to use it or not? Bitcoin is only for open minded people who doesn't need some motivations and can do some research on their own!

Women generally are less interested in technology and the internet than men are, Therefore the percentage learning about bitcoin would be less but with good media coverage and with time these women would join in bitcoin when it goes mainstream.
It's easy to convince women to use bitcoin. You just have to tell them that it is more convenient especially when it comes to shopping or paying some bills online. You can convince them by proper salestalk and strong appeal. Lol
No its never easy to convince women to use bitcoins as they won't be interested in knowing something that is totally new to them and most of the women loves free money and will not make any efforts in earning it.

Motivation to bring women to bitcoin forum depends on their situation. If a woman has a strong motivation to learn something to make money, I'm sure it would be an easy task to explain. Yes this is my experience. It was not very difficult for me in making my spouse learn btc, because she has experienced the benefits of btc. I have earned her the bitcoin.
If you are going to bring women in this forum she might confuse on what in on this forum and she might not replying replies here but once i have girl friend i teach her how to earn in signature campaign and she can really reply but all in gambling thread not in any thread. like what we are doing

Woman just interested with money, she doesn't too interested with how to get it. But if woman know btc can double her money, i think she will interested.So do routinely approach about btc and make her like btc 
Very right i am agree with this woman are always interested in money but they don't want to work for it because some of girls now are the capital is her p*ssy where they fucked upp for money and if you will teach them in bitcoin probably they will refuse it and they will never work hard for this currency because they dont know it.

Not all woman are interested on the way in making money even though you are giving here a gift coming from your earnings in BTC, most of them will just appreciate the gift but not your method, it is very rare you can find a woman that has interest with bitcoin.But i'm sure she will interest on bitcoin if you tell her that you can easily earn money with bitcoin. She will interest and curious about bitcoins and you explain her about it.

You have to show the women how to use the Bitcoin for the things they like. Maybe they would not be interested in investing or trading (I'm not saying that all women would not be interested for that) but you can show them how they can spend Bitcoin for everyday expenses or for shoping. After that they would probably be interested to earn Bitcoin too. Maybe with selling some of their stuff.
