i think it is not such an easy job, you can easily motivate women as you can motivate men may be more easy than men. women are more soft hearted than men so they can easily be moved if yo introduce bitcoin to them.

As I get the topic is about how to motivate women to USE bitcoin, not to make it with commenting/trading/ect. So just give her that bitcoins that you already made and say sites where she can buy something that she wish with those bitcoin or to go outside to buy something in bitcoin accepted places. That's how I understand to use, to make bitcoins is something different by my opinion.
Trading bitcoin is not very appealing to most woman, So i would reckon to point out the other aspects of bitcoin.
Bitcoin was invented for buying stuff, so why not appeal to woman in that way. They are very good in shopping and with bitcoin they can do that.
Woman just interested with money, she doesn't too interested with how to get it. But if woman know btc can double her money, i think she will interested.So do routinely approach about btc and make her like btc

to motivate a bitcoin related knowledge or any type of business related information to a woman i think the best support we should take is greed. i see many girls greedy for a ice cream stick nd really going tp fight for it no matter what type of girl she is

Well if you are going to show those women that you are earning bitcoins roughly then that is going to be able to convince them. Because there are just women that they just wanted to see some proofs that they are going to love what is going to be with bitcoin if they are going to start using it. And if they see it as real money, then that would help.
Motivation to bring women to bitcoin forum depends on their situation. If a woman has a strong motivation to learn something to make money, I'm sure it would be an easy task to explain. Yes this is my experience. It was not very difficult for me in making my spouse learn btc, because she has experienced the benefits of btc. I have earned her the bitcoin.

Women will start using it only if they find some benefits in using it and if they find it complicated then I doubt that they will start using it and will continue to use fiat for shopping.

Practically you are not going to work across different type of women, probably you are going to convince your close relatives ans some known women only.
