For women who live at home and look after house, it will be a great useful thing to teach. I am planning to teach my spouse the BTC. She will to earn money from home. I have everything ready set at home to proceed with this. She too loves it seeing what i do everyday.
Its really important our spouse should be tech friendly then only she will get attracted or convinced to user bitcoin, if its her area of interest then she will definitely start using it.

how we could motivate women to use Bitcoin because I tried several times to explain what it is and how to use Bitcoin ...was very difficult and have not really managed only once ..

I think they understand not more or less that men what not know it before.
in my opinion the best way to motivate women to use bitcoins is to just tell them that it is going to be revolutionary and that it will make them rich, i guess this would help
Its very hard to motivate women but my monther interested in bitcoin because they know that i am making money with bitcoin by trading.. and i think people are always greedy and they want money easily..

The best thing to motivate women is selling clothes and stuffs they use online from famous brands. The shops should be restricted with only using BTC. Then the women will be more interested in earning the bitcoin.

Women really don't care about bitcoin as fiat and credit card is taking best care of them in online and offline shopping so I don't think they will be much interested in using bitcoins.

There are plenty of ways to earn bitcoin, I think the problem is the trading aspect (which they dislike, putting their money at risk) and the fact they don't find many shops they prefer to shop at accept bitcoin for their payments. With more fashion brands accepting bitcoin or being in reach to buy with bitcoin will increase the female activity for bitcoin significantly.
