I think a good way to motivate women to use Bitcoin would be to make advertising that is attractive to women and to get many women to advertise it and pay them for doing so. Women love advertising and are more likely to use a product or service after it has been widely advertised.

though i dont think that someone should make them use bitcoins because if women will want to do that they will definitely try it out themselves without any encouragingi hope that sooner or later women will start using it on their own and the adoption of bitcoins will be way faster than it is right now

Motivating them will be a little hard to something which they do not know, but I think motivating them to the bitcoin, a currency, will not be harder as nowadays females like money they love it and love to go for shopping with a good amount of money so when they are provided with bitcoins and are redirected to some stores which accept bitcoin for their payment They will start to love bitcoin also.
it is very difficult if teach them if they do not know. therefore make simple words and sentences to enable women to understand about bitcoin. once they understand about bitcoin, give a bitcoin that you have them, and teach them to use it according to their profession, such as shopping, investing, or seeking money with bitcoin. Well, maybe it could be a bit motivate themI dont think its so problematic I hope so women will use bitcoin if there is some good shop that accept it making huge promotions and discounts otherwise i guess wont happen,if promotion and discounts at some shop they will get into bitcoin world just to get those stuffs.

I think its hard to convince a woman to use bitcoin as it is still not that mainstream. It still has less store to buy things that women needed but if that girl is updated with the latest online and have some business that bitcoin can accommodate then i think its easy to convince them.
