easy to say, but fro someone out there who are too addicted to gambling and can't help their selves it is so hard for them to remove gambling.

Best thing to do if you are addicted and wanted to stop for the purpose of getting a better life than losing money, then you should try to look for some other activities or maybe you can do somethings out there, like maybe doing a trade if you still want to put something at risk, at l;east the risk there is lessen, one more thing you can do some sports, golf, Frisbee or anything that may consume a big amount of time that would be better.

But that won't really help. They need real proffesional help to even stand a chance of quitting. It's like being a prisoner in your own body and you only have one purpose.

the fact that once addiction although it does not have the money, they will usually borrow money to continue gamble, and this is what I feared when it had become addicted to gambling. but if you are addicted and can still control yourself, it was really good.

That is the truth about gambling. When someone is so addicted to it, they will think of all the ways to find funds so they can go and gamble again. They may end up stealing from friends/family, robbing strangers, borrow from friends/loanshark so they can continue to gamble. If they can control themselves, they would have stopped long time ago already.

Yeah, you are right. Gaming is more interesting than anything. Its also a good hobby. I think we should not only like gambling. There are also many other things on internet which are more interesting and also can change our Minh. But firstly we should try not to addicted to gambling. It should be in limited use.

In real life there are number of gamblers left there own family because of this gambling. So you are telling get marry. Try to spend time with your family members that is good idea actually.

I don't think there is a possible solution or way to quit gambling. It's better not to enter just try to stay out of it because once if you enter the possibility to quit is very low.

Yeah your right and i think many way to quit in gambling.. i already tried it to be addicted in gambling which is poker.. i making profit there but most of them makes me lose.. but i have solution in my addiction i change my hobby to play online games like league of legends in its working for me..

Maybe gambling addicts should try to do some other things out there, if the gambling for them had a big negative effect on their life, even it is financially or socially, playing some sports would be a good start.

But if you are a gambler and addict to it, you should just put a limit to the amount that you are using in gambling and don't ever try to exceed it, for your own sake.
