It is quiet difficult to just stop direct with gambling and that is only because there are allot of people gamble addict in my area and i can see how difficult they have it so people never ever gamble to many..

That's not what I think could happen if you get bored while gambling. Gamblers always want a thrill, so probably they would try something new or increase their bets after having a bad day in the gambling site, quitting gambling won't happen naturally, you need atleast to try to resist it from time to time til you get used to it that you are not almost visiting gambling sites.

New hobbies would really work if that hobby are the hobbies that you do before you get addicted to gambling...Working in real life would be an easier answer to quit addiction...But if you don't care about your future, never mind, my suggestion won't work I guess..
in case of gamblers who don't care about their own selves, direct their care toward people around them, their families and friends, may help. there are things much more important than themselves like that.

Yes i will suggest this method it is very usefull that who want to really quit gambling. Only family members can help us. And also try to avoid entering this gambling sites. try to spend your more in with friends or if you alone means spend your time in any social media then at least you will forget this gambling.

Yes there are certainly people that can not hold off gambling not even because of their addiction but because of their eagerness in playing and thinking that they will get a lot of money because of gambling.
How does one Put down Gambling for good?
I'm gonna say that there's no good for and from gambling,its wrong and not good even we won big,money that come from wrong way will not have good effect,at least we see that on robin hood story.
Just quit with it do not go to the casino or the the online gambling sites. Let someone else manage your money so that you cannot spend it at the casino that us going to help for sure.

If gambling is causing you trouble then the best thing to do is find something else fun to occupy you. Take up a hobby or learn some useful skills
But when gambling already occupied you for quite some time and your mindset is that one day you'll win against the odds, then it's hard to break that habit and hard to find a new hobby to occupy most of your time. With it, you'll need to consult a psychiatrist in regards with your problem or take a family member's advice about your situation.
Congratz, you manage to find a hobby/activity that you can fully engaged. However, it may not be that easy for a lot of other people as the thrill and excitement from gambling isnt that easy to be replaced with another activity. Actually dota 2 also has it own betting sites.
