Yes, one can come out of this habit if they completely stop using the computer for some time and spend more time in outdoor activities with family and friends. But as you said they shouldn't meet people who discuss gambling then surely they can stop gambling habit soon or later.

I agree with you mate. If you only gambles online, then the best way to get out of it is to stay away online for couple of days and just do anything outdoor. If your source of income is doing online work, then you better try to find something about it - maybe you can block the gambling sites you are playing with.

I think people are gambling every day will always think of how earnings tomorrow morning. I have stopped gambling since my losing streak every day. gambling can indeed be played but not for every day

Blocking gambling sites is not that effective. Especially if you were the one who put a blockade then you will most likely collapse and break your resolution of "no gambling".
The only way I can think of, which probably will help is to give up of access to your money - but I might be even trickier to do. No money = no gambling.

I agree, it really depends on that person how he is really willing to quit from gambling. Even if his friends influences him to gamble, if he really want to quit gambling he won't listen to his friends to gamble again. Even if you find a new hobby but still your mind is still in gambling you will come back in a few weeks or months.

Religion actually just remind us if gambling was not good, but the decision remains present in each of us. Many people know that gambling was wrong in religion but they do it anyway. But there is someone whose religion is so strong that they are actually away from gambling, but it was returned to us respectively. I think it took a strong intention to stop gambling, so it is very difficult especially if a person is already addicted.

That's the reality. Even if gambling is banned in your religion, you still have your own choice to do it or not. And for some people whose already deeply involved in gambling.. I guess they need to recreate their interest into something else other than gambling and it's a really hard thing to do not only for them but also for their family and love ones.

It's not a big deal as you will just have to qualify that what you are doing is just for fun. There no sin if you do that as you can spend but you have receive entertainment in return but when you are greedy, you will really face the problem as the life a gambler is very stressful.

Religion and gambling should not go together in my opinion, gambling is for fun, religion is a serious matter...That is your beliefs and you should never put your beliefs in the way of a measly buck to cry over.

yes, it is also depend on how they put God in their heart. Religion is just a Religion, It is not God. So it is depend on how they strongly believe on their faith with God. separate your past time to your faith with God it is different matter. And Religion is not the solution to quit in gambling.

If you really addicted in gambling it's possible that your personal budget will be affected. Sometimes you need an advice of some friends or socialize with them if what they are doing in their past time, and make bond with them for you to be apart in gambling.

If you are addicted then it will be never easy to get rid of it, you need strong determination and will power to quit gambling, and if you don't do that you can never quit gambling.

yes, absolutely right, But all of who's addicted in gambling has no determination to quit gambling, you know why? because they still playing and betting in gambling, and still continue staying on that position but they will just actually losing money.
