I think OP wants to be a manager but don't know how to start being a manager. The hard part of this is finding a project that will trust OP unless there are project ready to hire OP as their manager. I'm sure it will be a disaster to OP if he started from scratch knowing that he doesn't know that much on how to run as a manager. OP could also be overwhelmed with the participants given that there are literally hundreds of participants on each bounty allocations. I also tried to be a bounty manager and honestly I myself experienced being overwhelmed with the participants joined in it.
If he, OP, thinks that he wants to become a bounty manager because he is willing to get high payment from the developer, he may face some disappointment. Because we also know what kind of bounty and projects running a bounty campaign. Although there are so many new projects that will run a campaign, it will not be easy for the OP to approach them, moreover with their rank and reputation. I agree with most members here stating that reputation is one of the keys to becoming a trusted and reputable bounty manager. We see that some professional managers like Yahoo, Hhampuz, and others have been right now, but we also don't know exactly what they have passed over the years to build their reputations. They must face so many challenges and it will not be easy. But, it is not an impossible mission if the OP can really learn and build his reputation very incredibly to run a trusted and paid exactly bounty

how to become a bounty manager i want to run bounty campaign so how can i run campaign please tell me
Everyone can be a bounty manager as long as they have the ability to manage a bounty. But it is not easy to get trust from the developers or the owners of the projects. At least, you must be a trusted member of this forum and have an experience in managing a bounty. If you are a newbie and have no experience, I assume no one will trust you as a good bounty manager.

Anyway, why do you really want to be a bounty manager? Do you think you fit that job?  Huh

Are you looking to promote your own coin or project or do you want to become a general bounty manager, if it is the former then you may not have to do much what you need is a good knowledge of spreadsheets management that you can keep up to date with the activities of your bounty participants.

-But that is different from being a bounty manager since the work of a bounty manager is more encompassing, so of you looking to develop management skills then you will have to be under an already exciting bounty manager to teach you some of the technicalities in doing such a job.

Beside having good reputation in Bitcointalk forum, I think Bounty Campaign manager have smart and understand well in cryptocurrency world.  Current running bounty campaign not worth right now after reward smallest and become bounty campaign manager should know well about how the project potential when running campaign and the participants earn higher reward not small reward.

OP should build first with reputation, have knowledge with bounties campaign and keep promoting about left space become bounty campaign manager, I saw every campaign manager have their own topic and always updating about the campaign bounty is still left and available for promoting if any project interested.

Running bounty campaigns requires a great deal of understanding of the workings of the forum and hardwork to get clients and bounty hunters. You may have to outsource some of the task such as designing signatures, graphics of the project etc.

That's the start. But still even with reputation sometimes, you would still struggle since there are plenty of reputated BMs out there. I would that before or/and after you got your first project handled, make sure that you're indeed marketable and devs would be convinced that you are the right guy for the job.

Source? Might not be related but this is how I struggled back then in my freelance career without any reputation. The same could still be applied for sure and at least more manageable since the number of people offering services here might be less than the platform I worked in the past.

If you really don't know How to manage Bounty then it is difficult for you first create portfolio and submit then contact you from there if any project team let you manage then you bounty You can manage but you won't be able to if you don't know the forum rules Want a bounty manager You must learn a lot of stuff if you don't understand how it functions. Know the rules of every forum, understand cryptocurrency, and start looking for projects.
That's easier said than done. How would you create portfolio when you're still starting? You can't just make things up and fake your way since the devs that will work with you will likely do a background check just like any other workplace out there for transparency check in your end.

We already have a lot of bounty managers here in forum and getting in that work would take a while for a newbie to get started especially without any prior experience. Just look at Services section to how many users are trying to bump their services in order to get noticed.
The first thing is to have a reputation in the forum, and by reputation, I don't mean positive trust, but I mean having a good presence within the forum, without having any bad experiences or involvement in anything that harmed someone in any way. After that, finding projects that would hire you as a manager is the biggest challenge. It's not easy to convince a project to trust you and choose you as the person who would represent them and will be responsible for maintaining their reputation within the forum.

if you want to promote your token with your own bounty manager, you can make it on the bounty board, there are lots of sample posts that you can copy there so you can start and create a new thread which of course needs an attractive design to make your token look quality and also create a form for participants

how to become a bounty manager i want to run bounty campaign so how can i run campaign please tell me

I guess you are talking about managing a bounty campaign for a crypto project and not running a bounty for your own crypto project? As others in this thread have already said, if you want to become a bounty manager yourself that is managing bounties for companies, then you have a lot of work in front of you first.
With a newbie account like yours there is no way that a project is hiring you as their bounty manager. First you need to build up your reputation here in this forum. I would guess that you really need to be a legendary member first who also has a positive trust rating in order to be considered by projects. So it is not that easy.
right, building trust in this forum is the main way if you want to become a bounce manager, and I think it's a hard struggle, considering we have to convince project managers to use our services. but if the project you are working on goes well, then you will become a reference for bounty hunters to promote the project you are holding, so that in the end many projects will come too, of the many bounty managers here, they usually build a long enough reputation, and remember that reputation can be destroyed with one mistake, or the dissatisfaction of the bounty hunters

how to become a bounty manager i want to run bounty campaign so how can i run campaign please tell me
To tell the truth, this is not easy as you think.
Firstly, you must build your reputation at first in this forum. With your current rank and post histories, I am not sure you are able to do it right now.
You need to at least rank up to be able to have a better reputation and ensure the developer teams of certain projects trust you to run a bounty campaign to promote their projects. But if you are still at this rank, I am not sure there will be.

Secondly, ranking up is not as easy as you think. You must build your posts much better and the only way to do it is by getting merits. You may get a Chopper Member tag to be more reputated by paying some money. But, this is not enough because you must compete with other reputable bounty managers that have higher ranks. So, it is better to be more contributed in this forum and rank up with good history.

Thirdly, a bounty manager must know how to manage the participants and make some rules, prepare spreadsheets to check and calculate the participation calculation, promoting their project thread so that many more participants will be interested to join the bounty.
But right now, it will be quite difficult to reach many participants if you do have not a good reputation.

There's a stickied thread on the Services that's giving the idea on how to become a participant and how to run a campaign, this also includes the bounty campaigns.
Reading the entire thread will give you an idea about the do's and dont's upon starting for both.

You can't be a bounty manager if you don't know how it works, you have to learn a lot of things understand crypto, know every forum rules well and start looking for projects and you have to make sure that those projects will really pay participants and there are many a bounty manager who has his own funds to cover things that are not wanted being a bounty manager is not only about getting jobs and money but there are many things to learn
It's not even just about learning, it's really also about being trusted as well. You need to have an account that is high ranked and you need to be here for a while and talked with people here for a while, I would love to become one one day but even I do not do it because I do not think that people know me THAT much, sure many people have seen me, but not enough to be a reputable manager just yet, maybe in time.

This is why it's quite important to sort out your future and how you should be all around and chat with people here, respond to their posts and basically all around be aware of what you are doing in order to gain more influence before you can be a manager.

What can I do to become a manager, please tell me

Running bounty campaigns as a newbie could be a bit challenging. Firstly, being a newbie means your forum rank has certain limitations as compared to other ranks. You can learn more about this in this topic: Forum ranks/positions/badges
Secondly, since you have a non-existent forum reputation, it might be tough to get many project owners to work with you. Perhaps you could start by actively participating in the forum and building your rank, and then consider running bounty campaigns? I hope this suggestion helps.

Can a newbie become a bounty manager? now, to go from newbie to junior member, you must need to get merit and getting merit is really very difficult. I don't know the rules about bounty managers, but if newbies are allowed, why not?
But it's true, rank ranking will greatly affect the participant's response.

Yeah, of course possible, firstly just need to buy copper membership using some Bitcoin, because copper is considering as a member rank. But it’s a bit difficult at first time to get bounty projects without experience. Getting merit is difficult but you will get it, if you're able to make quality posts.

Ask some reputated managers here, and I am pretty sure they will give you a straight answer from their experience unless they are busy with something.

It is not going to be your typical data entry, OP. There are some users that think that bounty manager only manages the spreadsheet with the list of the partcipants that join it, but it is not. It is called BM for a reason, not a data entry clerk. Surely you're going to talk with the devs/team about the campaign and stuff.

It's your responsibility in the end if you would decide to stop the campaign after it was exposed and this is why, again, BM is not your typical data entry work.

First of all, it’s pretty difficult want to be a bounty manager as a newbie member in the forum but possible, if you can active here and build your reputation also your portfolio. Now mostly SCAM bounty projects, so you need to enough knowledge to research about a project before you will conduct it.

Actually what makes it difficult is not just a matter of reputation, but to choose the project itself. of course, if we already have a reputation in this forum, projects will look for us, not us looking for projects. But what is certain, what can make it easier for someone to get a project is the ability to negotiate and the good marketing language that is offered to project developers. Furthermore, maintaining the trust of the project giver not to steal or act negatively. If you run it successfully, you will have a reputation in this forum, even if you start from newbie status.

First you need to know well about crypto related topics. Like blockchains, testnets and etc.. Then you need to show off that you knowledge. Then you can find good bounty that pay you well
