First of all you should buy copper membership according to me as nobody will trust the newbie account on forum and after that you should hire a manger who have reputation on the forum who will hold funds in a escrow and run bounty campaign smoothly so do the needful first of all.
You can't do this alone because you will need to hand of an experienced person so that you can do that without any error. If you do a bounty campaign and the campaign ended up to be scam without you admitting to the public that you are not part of the team, you can lose your trust and people will red tag you for your endeavors.
I mean what is the point of getting a experience person though? it will just defeat the purpose of being a bounty campaign manager. That's why the majority says that the OP needs experience first because involving himself in this kind of job in this community because it will take a lot.
Maybe he can apply for like a assistant, if there are bounty managers that are going to hire him. And from then move, get the experience and maybe one day he could be the manager itself.

You have to be able to create spreadsheets, keep them updated and be an organized person to handle every participants of the campaign. You need crypto knowledge to execute transactions efficiently, keep funds for payments safe in the campaign's wallet. You need domain over English language, so you can communicate with participants and your employers properly. You also need a lot of time available to execute every tasks required from you.

This isn't a sig campaign that the participants are only small and then the scope of the job is only simple because it only focus on forum posting but bounty campaign is more complex as it involves different websites and social medias. This is why the participants involved are also huge in number.Almost every bounty managers that I know do always have an assistant to help them but it's not guarantee that the work is now going to be 100 percent error free. Errors can still occur, this is why there is a group for complaints. It will still be corrected by the team onwards. Almost each bounty campaign manager do also put a disclaimer in their bounty thread that they are not responsible for any loss. This protects their reputation in case a bounty is a scam.

My guess is that op has heard from someone that bounty managers make more money than bounty hunters and just decided to be bounty manager without having any idea what bounty managers do. I've considered that as a job as well. I don't mind the responsibilities but workload seems intense. Even with automating most things you would need to know how to deal with cheaters and i have no idea hot to verify original content especially in the time of artificial intelligence. And i feel like that wouldn't be even my biggest problem. After you read all the recommendations, you need to take your time and do not be in a hurry to launch your career as a bounty hunter here, participate in a bounty campaign first to know what participants are doing in campaigns and how managers handle their campaign, you will eventually learn from your bounty managers, like what a spreadsheet looks like, how bounty managers qualify people and how they pick participants based on the criteria these managers have set up, it takes time to learn this and you cannot learn this in a matter of weeks.

Find a project, stock up on tools for bounty, such as google table, open a new topic, make sure that participants bounty fulfill the conditions, distribute rewards.
Currently, with the conditions of several bounties that actually only end in scams, it is becoming more difficult than one might imagine because being a bounty manager also requires mature experience and not even everyone can do that.

Although the forum doesn't have any restrictions and requirements in order to become a campaign manager, I think it will be good if the forum have it because it will prevent from scam, spam and other bad thing. I see the @OP is just a newbie who doesn't know this forum, I don't think he know to judge a good quality post and other thing in order to make the project become success.This is why right now bounty is full of scam and there's a lot rubbish posts around Altcoins board.

It seems people nowadays are becoming interested on becoming a signature campaign manager because of multiple threads I'm seeing on how to run, manage or to find a project to offer a bounty campaign. First think you need to consider is your own weapon before asking any questions. Try putting your self as a project and imagine if you can hire yourself into becoming a bounty manager. Reputable bounty managers do have their own weapon such as experience, portfolio and more importantly skills to make projects choose them over others.
