Guys, may I sign an ETH message here?
Is it a good way to sign a message like this on myetherwallet (although it differs from the form you used as BTC sign), or I should use version 2?

even i remove or move the "Date today is October 10, 2017" still error.

I do not know why this error pops up? I used to have a similar situation and supposed to fault servers. I'm not in a position to help, because I'm not a good computer scientist, but I think you need to take care of it. Regards.

You can't sign a message from exchange btc address, because it's in control of excange and you don't own this address.
If you have slow internet and you don't want to download any software, you can easily sign message from Blockchain.info wallet address, just follow tutorial.

You can do that with Trezor or Electrum wallet for example. You only need a message to sign.

You can verify a signature with this online tool: https://tools.bitcoin.com/verify-message/

You make a message
Sign it with your private key
That results in a hash code
A third party can verify 100% whether that hash code is valid
Without having to know your private key
