You can't be a gambling addict today and be a regular non-gambling guy tomorrow. It'd take time before you transform into that. Destroying your phone and your computer for the sake of staying away from gambling is illogical and plausible. You can still gamble outside the Internet, there's a lot of casinos out there and you can even join your friends gambling in their houses.

Destroying your phone and your computer will waste all your money that you put to buy it. It'd also take away the other advantages that you're getting when you're on the phone or in front of your PC.

Staying away from gambling has something to do with your focus and your mindset. Focus on other things and spend some time getting your mindset into staying away from gambling.

That's true, destroying things would not really help you to get out of gambling completely, the better way to do it is to seek help from your family and self admission is very important if you want to change your life and move on to a new beginning. When you are focus on more productive things that would give you a good future and you enjoy it eventually you will completely forget about gambling.

Well that is mostly the problem for gambler instead of using their money for the needs of their love ones they are using most of their money on betting in gambling and that is not a good habit in mostly doing this your are getting corrupt most of the time and this is not good.

Gambling will take control of your life. It will suck all your energy so you have nothing left. You may lose everything . . . just stop and tell everyone that you do not gamble anymore - FULL STOP. It will be difficult because it can be fun and life can be dull. Do a course or something. Get another interest - something that is real and makes you feel good about yourself. Good Luck

It really depends why the person is gambling. Some people gamble to earn money while others do it for the thrill or even the social aspect of it.

Yes, when you have a budget for your luxurious (possibly) life, then you could not find some extra money to gamble. I believe this will prevent you to go gambling again and again. This way we can stay away from gambling with a proper financial management.

You should put a limit to the amount that you gamble mate, just to put in mind that you must only bet what you can afford to lose and as what i see right now that is not happening to you.

remember always that in gambling there are a very few persons who actually win and most of us are losing, that is why we should control it and just stake the amount that are just an excess cash from your money, so you don't have any regrets whether you lose or win hopefully.

The limit is a very good idea, you always if you are gambling a lot set a limit otherwise you will be poor in a very fast time if you ask me.

Setting a limit is very important buy you cannot achieve that if you are a greedy person. If you are not discipline in gambling and you are greedy then you should not try gambling as you will easily lose, we do not need to focus on money in gambling as it is only designed for fun.

It's hard to get rid of gambling habit when gambling is easily available to you. You can just come on your computer and start depositing money and start gambling. So you have to make some big promises with yourself as you will never ever gamble or find more interested things the moment your heart willing to do gamble. Maybe watch a movie or your favorite TV show or anything that can divert your attention away from gambling.
