Actually a lot of us believe the long term investment and we think that in a day, all things will come back old position. I really don't know it is possible but I know that this market and advantages are so valuable to future so I will gain some profit in the future.

I have such a failure! In the Banti companies you lose a lot of time and effort, you don’t need initial investments!

Eating, watching movies and listening to the music are the essential or effective for me to calm my self or to control the anger or sadness and also frustrated. But some of the time I let them out by "shout" just like "f*ck*ng market condition".

You should always stay calm. Try to understand that the falling market won't last forever. One day it will recover and you will get huge profits even from that altcoin that has lost the most. Keep believing and be patient.

I think that cryptocurrency is not a place for the weak, here you have to be ready for anything, so if you are unwell you should not waste your nerves.

so, how it's going? i hope you're all fine and in a perfect mental condition to help me. just share your secret, how you handle your stress caused by abrupt drops? how can you stay alive when one of the morning brings you news that your chosen alt has lost a lot in price? is there any chance of keeping your head cool? i may be too emotional or touchy, but really, isn't it outrageous that after all your time-consuming researches and observations and readings all you get is zero on your wallet? i would simply love you to tell me how you reduce the consequences of it. i can't be the only one who is so anxious about crypto. sometimes i hold my breath before updating information considering crypto. deep inside i think it might assist me in some way, somehow affect my chosen coins, haha. is that normal? have you ever felt that way, too? what are your thoughts? don't leave me alone in the darkness, please!

this doesn't only happen to you, almost everyone who is involved in crypto experiences the same thing, too. however this situation we cannot change and just wait until the recovery goes on again with time. one thing I can do besides just waiting for growth is to make other choices to buy cheap altcoins and still have big proges in the future

Well, you can feel better knowing you are not the only one.
I would say that basically everyone who first starts out has gone through that.
Not only with crypto but with any kind of investment.
It's just way more pronounced in crypto because the market is so volatile.

The best way I have found to deal with it is to set quarterly, yearly, and lifetime goals.
Start with the lifetime: who much do you want to earn through crypto and by when?
Then you can start breaking it down to targets every year, then every 3 months.

This has helped take a LOT of the stress and guesswork out of crypto.
Once I reach a target, I sell or trade.  If I don't, then I hodl, it's that simple.

The whole market is a mess. Even expirienced investor loose a lot and they understand that it may be even worse. All you need is to rest a bit and start over again.

Medication shoudl help you. You have to visit your doctor or even a psyhologist to be sure that you are fine, because it seems that you have nervous breakdown.

be patient is the core of all our traits, so if we lose a lot of our assets be patient and keep calm,
don't immediately take the decision to release it (our assets) maybe someday we will grow back to our expectations,

be careful if such conditions are not immediately found the solution will cause psychiatric disorders, LOL. Grin
I suggest investing or trading using a cold budget.

The market moves like a sine wave, each fall is followed by a rise, one day you will learn not to pay attention to price corrections. The crypto market is just beginning its way, and in the long term he expects a big growth.

Try swimming. This greatly measures the nerves. If you see that your cryptocurrency slipped, go to the sports complex and swim there is the strength. You can sleep well and calmly make decisions in the morning. I do this 2-3 times a week. In order to drive out negative thoughts on cryptocurrency deposits.

Rather meri initial stress will go away and you will cool down a bit.

The first rule of investing that most people like to brush under the carpet "Don't invest more than you can afford to lose". You need to also break any emotional attachment to your investment and treat it like money you already gave away. Being a patient person is also going to help as you may need to wait longer than you thought to break even or make a profit.

Of course before put an investment in cryptocurrency you need to make a deep research, analyze every coins if it's having  potential. If you watch the history of crypto, you will know that this kind of situation is a normal. Patience is the key.

Damn, I have same sentiment this week. I badly needed money and looking at my wallet I don't know which to sell without too much loss and those bounty rewards I'm hoping either worthless or ico pause and there's just nothing much.
I don't know which to let go...I know investing is risky and all those thing but I'm just not sure how to hold on at this moment that I'm getting a little crazy, whiny and bitchy!

i think that first you should know that if you invest there's always a risk, so if you lose money, then it's completely normal
it is true because in any investment there is a certain risk, even though what is received is large or small, we must be able to accept, because the return on investment is also very good and comparable to the risk

Stop being mad about  things that you could not affect. When you see the market as a set of facts, where there is no place for emotion, it may be much easies for you.
