For me just hope for the worst, by now people should expect that they should just invest what they can only afford to lose. One thing I am telling my friends is that we are very close to the bottom and you don't want to miss the next ride, there will be some ups and downs along the road but the long term trend is up

so, how it's going? i hope you're all fine and in a perfect mental condition to help me. just share your secret, how you handle your stress caused by abrupt drops? how can you stay alive when one of the morning brings you news that your chosen alt has lost a lot in price? is there any chance of keeping your head cool? i may be too emotional or touchy, but really, isn't it outrageous that after all your time-consuming researches and observations and readings all you get is zero on your wallet? i would simply love you to tell me how you reduce the consequences of it. i can't be the only one who is so anxious about crypto. sometimes i hold my breath before updating information considering crypto. deep inside i think it might assist me in some way, somehow affect my chosen coins, haha. is that normal? have you ever felt that way, too? what are your thoughts? don't leave me alone in the darkness, please!

Dude, come on, stop crying. Firstly, you knew where you were going and you probably understood that buying a cryptocurrency in a falling market is like trying to catch a falling knife. So that your balance does not melt before your eyes, put a stop loss and all problems will be solved at once.

I usually invest the small amount of money. Even if I cannot earn more coins, i try not to regret it.
I think the luck is being gathered if I couldn't catch it. Mind control like this is sooo important.

I hope that you don't feel that you are alone in the crypto world because we are still on here and together, we can survive, and we will see the rise of crypto. I think we are needs to have a strong patient now because what we were predicting is not works and it needs more time to see the increase in the price.

My tips for you, you need to do something else that is not related to the market and don't watch the market very often because this will makes you feel sad. I know this is hard to do, but this is what we need to do right now if we want to survive in the crypto world. It is normal to feel like that, but you need to rise, and we don't leave you alone, but you need to survive still.

Soon, what you see now will change, and you can see that the profit will come to you again and I think the profit is on the way to you and all of us. So, let's we hold tight together and don't feel sad again because we are in the same boat now and for the better future.

Hello darkness my old friend...No but seriously, if you are experiencing so much stress and negative feelings when it comes to price volatility, you should probably decrease the amount of your holdings and leave in only the amount you can easily afford to loose (its a cliche saying, but still), as this would result in a more phlegmatic outlook on the whole thing.

If you decide to make money on cryptocurrency, then you should understand that very often the market brings us bad news, which is why stress is possible. However, after a market downturn, it is recovering. So do not worry.
Yes, there is such. As in any market.

Investing in cryptocurrencies is a complex system, the immersion in which requires a lot of commitment and, accordingly, self-control, since there is a great psychological burden. Very important will be the ability to refrain from decisive action and wait until it is best to make a move. You should not watch the price rise / fall graphs all the time. From the user absolutely does not depend on how the currency rate will behave. You can not force him to rise or fall, because of what many can lose a significant part of the time that can be spent on developing the right strategy of behavior. In such cases, watching their own funds, people undergo emotional outbursts, which should be avoided not only in investments, but also in life.

It's been a difficult journey honestly. As someone who doesn't really know how markets work I used to regret joining and investing. There have been times when I almost quit but trust me you, there's no thrill once you are out of it. It kind of grows on you. You just take it as a learning experience and move on. Just remember that future is rock solid and you are contributing a major role in building it. I hope we all do well in future and shine.
It is only difficult for those who have chosen it to be a difficult one for them. How difficult a journey is depends on how prepared you are for it. The market may have been abruptly dropping in price for the past few months, but that does not mean this is the end of the market as we will still get to see a recovery in the long run anyway.

What is important now is to at least, focus on the long term, see this moment as a good time to be able to get into some market at a very low price or just hold until the market recovers. The market is always out to scare the weak hands, and being a weak hand is only possible by the decisions you make yourself.

the market falls suddenly? maybe a few years ago I was stressed about this. but now, seeing that seems fine. before I got to know crypto, I was more in the world of forex investment. This kind of situation often happens, on Saturday I see my order profit, but on Monday morning I get an email (margin Call). and according to me crypto is a little better, we just need to wait until the price returns. and in my opinion crypto is a little better, we just need to wait until the price recovers. whereas in forex waiting is not an option.

We just have to remember always that volatility in crypto is normal because without it no opportunity for earnings to everybody. Just go with the wave and to avoid that stress you should have invested only those you can afford to lose.
for the time being with the condition in my country that has not legalized cryptocurrency as the prevailing currency I invest with little not totality with the very large risk that will be obtained

so you do not quite feel the loss because of the little investment, well that's good. Actually,  for me it doesn't affect too much if the market are going down or up, the only thing that I know it will back in the better price, just sit back relax.

To handle stress because of price falling, I think you just need to spend time to go out with your friend, your family and don't check price on Coinmarketcap everyday Smiley. Don't care if price fall or rise cause it only make you feel worse. That's all Smiley. I think there is no secret in this case, you just need to control your mood.

What did you expect when you started doing this activity?  The market situation is negative, but I think this is due to the massive sales of the main cryptocurrencies, so I think the situation will soon get better.  And in order to worry less about what is happening, I try to just get distracted by my hobby.  It helps ...

Do not get attached to the price, that's all, it helps even more if you play a game on your phone. zero on my wallet?, well, I cannot say that, because I started last year to invest in crypto right before all the boom started, so maybe I know only a little, because since last year I probably lost like 15000$, that is just because I didn't sell bitcoin when it was high and buy it back when it was low... So should I kill myself? Money is just an imaginary value, your life is more precious. Just keep on going, keep on trying, reading and doing stuff, I heard from some people that they get a lot with only airdrops...

My plan at the beggining was working on a regular job and I invested in bitcoin like max 150$ per month, or a little less some time later, but constantly every month something something. I also learn about crypto and stuff, and now after one year I don't even need a regular job anymore... I could and I can survive only from internet.
What a very nice motivation to people who just started learning the crypto. Almost all of us lose big amounts but the winner will always be those who have conquered their emotions. Losing money can be emotional but killing ourselves with these emotions will not help us.

I will say that experience is seriously needed in this cryptocurrency market, because experience will help you to choose a good coin/token .If a good coin drop in price you will not panic so much because you know that the price will appreciate gain.
