if you want to overcome your emotions and stress when the dumps come you have to start before you even invest. this means you have to first expect the dumps otherwise you will be surprised when they come. it is like never expecting the sun to go down and then panicking when it becomes dark!

when you expect the dumps you automatically will start planning ahead, which means having a solid sell plan to exit the pumped coin so that you don't lose money when they dump it.

Well, basically you are still mentally fit, so stay sane as you put it....We have Emotional Level of stress that a person can only handle  other wise some are manifesting physical reaction after you've been thru a lot of Stress. In these Crypto Currency Market one should really exercise the maximum level of tolerance/ Control before making such a decision. Patient is the Key...take a deep breath bro...

Probably it is better to start with a tobol that, in your opinion, it can hurt to remain a sane. I think what exactly the analysis from the very beginning of this situation as a whole can solve further a question to you. You do not need to think so deeply about it, I think that it will be important here not to be nervous and not rush

so, how it's going? i hope you're all fine and in a perfect mental condition to help me. just share your secret, how you handle your stress caused by abrupt drops? how can you stay alive when one of the morning brings you news that your chosen alt has lost a lot in price? is there any chance of keeping your head cool? i may be too emotional or touchy, but really, isn't it outrageous that after all your time-consuming researches and observations and readings all you get is zero on your wallet? i would simply love you to tell me how you reduce the consequences of it. i can't be the only one who is so anxious about crypto. sometimes i hold my breath before updating information considering crypto. deep inside i think it might assist me in some way, somehow affect my chosen coins, haha. is that normal? have you ever felt that way, too? what are your thoughts? don't leave me alone in the darkness, please!

that's why it's important to not invest what you can't afford to lose but you can't really do anything about what's already done then just watch market. Try to distract yourself with something else instead of completely focusing on crypto, it'll only bring more head burning headache.

You know, if you really wanted to invest, you have to consider first if you can handle your loses in the worst case scenario, that is how you can stay sane. Because if you invest more you can handle if you lose, then you could have a problem.
you need to watch ypurself closely and to distinguish when to work and when to have a rest in order to gain power for the future

Just relax pal , if i were you stop monitoring your portfolio and stay away on it for a while , refresh your mindset because stress can caused bad on your health.  And indeed everything will be fine soon so don't worry because it takes time , much better to stay away and take a vacation,  then  comeback if the market become fine again, don't pressure your self pal because you have no another choices.

I used to be very worried about this and even didn’t sleep even at night when I saw my deposit fall. Later, I simply realized that all these experiences lead nowhere and it became more coldly related to situations in the market. I am no longer happy about profits and not losing my loss - just a cold calculation.

first you should invest only what you can afford to lose so i think you invest more than you can afford and now you are getting stress which is not good. crypto may give us profit but you should not forget that crypto is very risky. i think you should try to be positive and hope market will recover. or you could stay away from crypto for a while and spend time with your family and comeback later.

Do not get attached to the price, that's all, it helps even more if you play a game on your phone. zero on my wallet?, well, I cannot say that, because I started last year to invest in crypto right before all the boom started, so maybe I know only a little, because since last year I probably lost like 15000$, that is just because I didn't sell bitcoin when it was high and buy it back when it was low... So should I kill myself? Money is just an imaginary value, your life is more precious. Just keep on going, keep on trying, reading and doing stuff, I heard from some people that they get a lot with only airdrops...

My plan at the beggining was working on a regular job and I invested in bitcoin like max 150$ per month, or a little less some time later, but constantly every month something something. I also learn about crypto and stuff, and now after one year I don't even need a regular job anymore... I could and I can survive only from internet.

My income isn't dependent on crypto alone, I still work offline. so I'm not too stressed and think about it too dizzy. This decline has made me anxious but I don't think about it too much, I'm still optimistic that there will be a change at the end of this year.

It's been a difficult journey honestly. As someone who doesn't really know how markets work I used to regret joining and investing. There have been times when I almost quit but trust me you, there's no thrill once you are out of it. It kind of grows on you. You just take it as a learning experience and move on. Just remember that future is rock solid and you are contributing a major role in building it. I hope we all do well in future and shine.

What if do some vacation and take some rest with you family, have some quality time with them. The crypto market is a place where the competition is the main game, so expect that some are winning and some are not. That is the fact on this market, so if you want to have a good time while winning, you need to stay calm and remember that this is a game of emotion.

I very much understand you. I also lost huge sums several times when I bought altcoins and they were totally equal to 0. And even now the market is not showing its best side. It is really difficult to realize that I have lost a lot of my money and time. But lately, I just don’t pay attention and continue to work on crypto further. Just waiting for a miracle when some of my altcoin will significantly increase in value.

not only you are in a situation that is not good at this time, many are out there. even I have experienced this. going for fresh air, hanging out with nature might reduce stress.
and return to managing cryptocurrency, enthusiasm and never get carried away by emotion.

Best advice I could give to those suffering from anxiety and are scared about the sudden drops is to stop looking at the charts for a few days. You'll notice how you feel less stresful when you're not looking at the price so often.

If that still doesn't work and you're still feeling under a lot of stress because of the prices, then that means you're not ready for the massive swings in the prices that get frequently, meaning that the cryptocurrency market isn't for you.

everyone is also experiencing panic, to relieve stress usually I dance in and out of breath slowly, do some repetition, after that we have to think positively, and strengthen ourselves so that we are not too depressed by the price reduction we have now we can do by being patient, all we need is just time, so be patient.
