I can't tell the English grammar rules by heart, but I can say that I use most of them correctly in my daily language and writing.
It just comes from practice, while speaking with the natives, watching videos in English, listening to podcasts, watching movies, etc.
Or just typing. There is Grammarly that corrects your mistakes. So each time you have a correction, you can memorize that to not repeat again!

I am not so good in it but I have something to suggest.

2. Travel to English world and live there for a year.
3. Watch you tube everything is there.

We can start in a basic English try to study again basic english. Is there's nothing wrong when we do it because when you go back again of course you will be reminded and you will notice if your grammar is correct or not. And use it properly of course, and for the sake of our neighbor english speaking countries. Let's go back again to basic if we want to enhance our English grammar
I think you should do course for grammar . There are many free online course from coursera and many others qhich you can learn for free
You should pay attention to how they make sentences, how to use words in sentences, how to say common phrases ... Then you can learn how to say right, say or draw experience for myself. Reading a lot, hearing many will not be as effective as you receive directly. When you engage in a face-to-face conversation, you will focus on getting things done more easily and effectively. English has many rules and many exceptions, so do not hesitate to ask if you have questions.
