Children of Bitcoins can be told only in the form of a game. But they will not be interested in the details of Bitcoin. They just need to know that there is a form of money

you may be right based on what age you are calling children!
but generally speaking the children these days are so much into things like bitcoin, and anything that is new and technology related and they will learn more about the technical aspect of it than anybody else can.
and it is the older people who are only caring about bitcoin being money and a way to make money for them.

I think kids can grow into crypto after they've understood basic principles of money and value of goods... but it would be interesting to have a resource centre on crypto éducation targeted at perhaps young adults.

Maybe computer science syllabus has already included it as it has already become an important milestone in computing.
Why would they include it in the computer science syllabus? The whole point of the computer science is about computer and not bitcoin. Maybe they can talk about bitcoin for a second in their class and move on but I don't think teachers will dedicated one of the class meetings just for bitcoin. There are far more important things that should be on the syllabus than bitcoin. Bitcoin is something that we learned by ourselves and not because of education. No reason to change that.

I'm inclined to think that Bitcoin doesn't quite belong to computer sciences. Technically, it is more about mathematics, i.e. that part of mathematics which is involved with cryptography in general and cryptographic algorithms in particular. Conceptually, as a type of currency, Bitcoin should be studied by economics, namely, that part of economics which deals with finances, financial markets and currency circulation...

Personally, I consider the economic aspect of Bitcoin as most important for practical purposes

This article doesn't talk about bitcoin but it got me thinking how to get kinds interested in bitcoin within the context of appropriate money management lessons. Think of we could teach kinds about it. The growth, the adoption, the inflation and retraction. The allure of the "internet money".

...what other ideas come to mind?
In my opinion, we should not tolerate kids to initiate in the bitcoin industry. Not only because their instinct is just to play, we do not teach them the appropriate money management. Yet, bitcoin would help but not appropriate for kids. By simply teaching them the proper discipline like saving 20 percent savings from their allowance, it may hep them to be more disciplined in holding  money.

There is no problem if you will let your kid learn all about bitcoins but just learn to know their limitations that is suitable for their age.

By teaching them saving money by claiming into different faucets could be a good idea and it will make them encourage to keep on saving/claiming.

But let them do it only with their free time not on a daily basis and always make their studies priority.
In my understanding kids are minors, honestly it's not really good to teach them about bitcoin because there are many restrictions that you should teach them, they might use it in illegal activities like gambling so you will have problem then. It's better safe to wait for the right age until they become adult.
agree with you say that small children are not ready to accept all this, I'm sure even if you are forced to tell them, I'm sure they would not know about bitcoin

This is what I do believe also, kids doesn't needed to be involved with any activity with bitcoin. Because out of their curious young mind anything can startled and build some ideas for everything. So it is better if you will not allow any of your kid to have knowledge about bitcoin. Don't worry there is a right time for everything.

Im sure if you teach them truly and mixed with patience they would actually learn more about bitcoins and its good for them to learn this one since they can learn how to earn money in decent way, but also it could turn wrong since it would surely steal there childhood, while instead they are playing well here they are joining the fuds who earning bitcoins, but totally all of this decision depends on their parents and the child if they would pursue it or not.

I guess it is not a problem to teach our kids about bitcoin. Since it is all about the innovation of technology and digital money then that will make sense if you will let a kid ask things about it or you will educate them for additional knowledge. And of course you will skip those things that can be harmful to them and that is one, gambling.
I guess it's a little complicated for them mate, they are just kids and for sure as a parent we want them to grow normal. We do not want to disturb their young minds and in the first place bitcoin was not yet formally introduce by the government and it was not teach at school.
Exactly on point there dude. There are a lot more things that kids need to learn and be taught about than bitcoin. If they cone across it and ask then we can explain it to them but to directly teach kids? I think its better to introduce it first to adults and make them understand how this works

I got your point there mate but we can consider that not all kids are the same and that is normal in our days. There are kids who wants play for the whole day, there are some who wants to read books for the whole day. And I'm very sure that there are kids who wants to learn new things for each day so there's no problem about it.
yes, we may just need to adjust to his hobby owned. if they are really like playing on the computer, maybe they will be keen to make money on their own. Well, so many children are from his childhood love looking for new things on the internet, so maybe your son is one of the kids who like to make stuff on the internet, well, I'm sure they would like bitcoin Cheesy

this is definitely what kid needs, knowing bitcoin through playing, even it will make them more happy and earning money if the game was rewarding a bitcoin for every winnings, just my hope that you will not add a betting feature because it would harm the child

I am too concern about my child, I won't feed about money or bitcoin in the early stage. Once his age crossed more than 16. then I would teach these stuffs to him to make bitcoin with the skills not with fauceting.

How old is your child now? You can already start to teach him about claiming some satoshi's so as he grow up he can be exposed to bitcoin already.

And it can give him a background for teaching him the hardway of earning bitcoins. That will not be hard for your child.

Because faucets, playing games for satoshi's will be as fun as playing some games with your child's tab.
He doesn't have to teach his kid how to earn bitcoins the hard way. There are other things that you can do except from doing faucets. Once your kid realize that he's not even earning one dollar even after hours of doing faucet, he might get the idea that the whole bitcoin thing is a waste of time and it's really hard to earn money using it. Thus, your kid will look for other ways to earn money. You already exposed him into making money and his greed might start growing from there.

You have the point that the kid will just completely tell him that bitcoin is just a total crap because of that minimal amount that he can get.

But if you think that he is already in the right age it is not bad to teach him some other things and higher than faucets.

You could also teach him how to simply trade or else if things work worst then let your kid quit already.

in fact currently bitcoin is using for investment purpose only as there are not such facilities to use bitcoin as cash in most of the areas, therefore it is not  a good idea to teach to kids about bitcoin in such an early stage, they should first complete their study and only then they should learn about bitcoin.
You have to thank on the situation because it will force you to save and invest your bitcoins and you will not be tempted to spend it. If you are not a gambler you have a good chance to hold it.
