I don't think that companies will allow seminars with their company that is not connected to their business. Seminars inside the companies are not 100% sure will introduce bitcoin to local people, not all companies will allow that, because as long as they will not benefit by that seminar they will not waste their time to do seminars that they don't know if that will increase their profit.

With the proper arrangement and proposal for sure some companies will allow it, or if not, why not conduct a seminar in public, let's say in a public plaza where there's a lot of local people that can attend. Anyway, hope there will be a group for each country that will initiate some blockchain seminars and events where people can freely ask too, as of the moment, there are seminars but they are just making a brief info about Bitcoin as they are more focus on their platform.

I dont know if people will go even it will conducted on public plazas, most of them are not interested with tech and most of them who were on that place are only looking for leisure and pleasure maybe it is better if there will be an organization who will conduct a free seminar and it will be conducted on universities and colleges that is much effective.

It's not so easy to introduce local people to bitcoin, as most of them don't have money to invest.
Basically, introducing bitcoin to local people doesn't necessarily mean that they need to invest right away to it and accumulate volume of it or turn their currency to crypto. Introducing bitcoin local people is as, telling a story which is in fact true, that may inspire them to look beyond the future. Explain how easy transactions are through bitcoin and blockchain technology.

Unfortunately, there aren't many options to earn bitcoins online, that would be a good beginning to introduce these people.
What people need first to develop is the concept of cryptocurrency and bitcoin to their mindset, it takes time for them to be inspired to accumulate one, and to use their skills in return of bitcoin and other cryptos.

In my country, it can be a live-radio talk show. There are plenty of ways it could be introduced. It could be from pass-to-pass conversation of people or even referrals.
Certain seminar for some companies would help also so adoption could happen at the same time.
People who reside in rural areas would probably face difficulties in this because they're not used to technologies and they might need to take some time to be introduced to basic usage of the modern technologies.

I like the idea of seminars in companies. It would be great to tell people about new technologies like Blockchain, Bitcoin and crypto.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
I don't think it was an easy job for us, it might take weeks for them to understand and will listen to us.
But I don't think that there is a person who diligently does it for that sake cause we are busy enough to have our own living which I don't think we should have to prioritize teaching them. If they are lazy enough to learn about crypto, they can also make a view on youtube, doing online research and I think it was enough.
Nobody would start researching online about crypto if we can't give them its bird's eye view. I always have time to tell my friends about what i'm into these days and fortunately, most of them are also interested about crypto although it was still a total stranger to them. I just give them a short summary about crypto and i told them to research more for further information. I always post online all about crypto so that my other friends too will also be aware about it.

The easiest way to invite people is to live by example, when I was starting out here when I try to tell them about Bitcoin and Blockchain they thought that I was inviting them to a Ponzi scheme, but after they saw that I am making progress in my life materially and they see through the many media news and Videos I've sent them, they finally realized how this technology can help them, you don't have to tell them they will eventually catch up because it's now becoming everywhere.

I don't really think living by example is the easiest and perfect way to invite local people into using Bitcoin. How will someone who does not know or understand anything about digital currency or Bitcoin be easily convinced if you don't educate them about Bitcoin and how it operates. Living by example will not be able to make an impact in the life's of local people. The best way is to design an activity that can easily explain what bitcoin is and the relevance of Blockchain technology in our today ecosystem.

For many, understanding Bitcoin requires a shift in consciousness or at least fundamental values. Most have their value understandings hardwired for survival.

Explaining Bitcoin is difficult because it challenges a person's beliefs and suggests change. For me, explaining BTC to someone usually backfires to show myself how little I actually understand but forces me to learn to deliver better and more concise information.  The planet is experiencing the "Hundredth Monkey Effect "now with Bitcoin. The beauty of it is, Bitcoin can still be something different for each person today. It won't be long before a basic understanding is common and accepted.

I'm not sure those who are not accustomed to using the internet and then will be interested in bitcoin, because I only often get a lot of close friends who everyday always use the internet but after they try to trade bitcoin and others, but still they have trouble and will just end it all too early. Indeed, it is a small partly of local people who do not have long prospects in the future or this digital era, but with this incident at least I feel that introducing bitcoin to local people who are not accustomed to using the internet will be more difficult and I don't think it will be easy to do, because the most important thing in this case is to introduce in advance about the benefits, speed, etc., about this digitization until bitcoin is as its main goal.

First they need a job, an income source, then they can start exploring bitcoin and all its universe. Unfortunatelly there aren't many options to earn bitcoins online, that would be a good beginning to introduce these people. Once more virtual jobs are created and their demand increases, I'm sure it will be very simple to increase bitcoin adoption in our local communities.

One day, I think to myself about how to spreads bitcoin to other people. After I create threads https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/did-you-arrange-a-meet-up-or-make-a-gathering-with-local-bitcoin-community-5191717, I see many of us don't try or don't have time to come into a gathering or make a meetup. So how we can introduce bitcoin to local people in our country if we are not trying to tells them about bitcoin? I know that will related to the regulations in every countries but we can introduce to our close friend so they will spread it into their closest friends too.

And if this is succeed, I think cryptocurrency will grow step by step. I know we can spread bitcoin online, but that doesn't mean all people in your country are aware of bitcoin. How they can know bitcoin if they never use the internet to search the news while we can tell them about bitcoin and another coin by offline.
Since people is now being hooked with earning profits from anything possible especially if they would hear that they could earn in an easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy manner, we can actually catch their full and 100% attention. If we will introduce bitcoin that way, we can take them with us and teach or tell them further about how advantageous, profitable and convenient bitcoin is and how helpful it could be for them. On the other hand, although we  can do the latter idea, there's no such thing as guaranteed since not every local people can afford risking their dearly and hard worked assets over bitcoin and might settle with tgeur lives w/out bitcoin in it.

I've tried it and they can't describe it correctly, they only understand about fiat definitively. Most elderly people don't use the internet. But different things for young people, smartphone internet has become a daily consumption, I take a comprehensive approach by having to understand what their hobbies are, if they like to gamble, then I can easily direct the use of bitcoin through crypto platform betting.
We can introduce bitcoin in different ways. We can actually promote or to let them know what are the features of bitcoin that can make them eager to get it, there are ways like, using social media, we can actually use social media since it is the platform wherein there are lot of people using it and also there is a big possibility that you can encourage an investor. There are also some talks in which you are personally talking with someone in which you are sharing your thought about bitcoin of how good it is to use. You can say to them that bitcoin is really helpful in many terms and one of them is profit, you can make money with bitcoin and the second one is that you can make the transaction faster without holding any fiat. Wherever that person is, as long as you have a connection, you can send money, it is actually good for the payment method.

Indeed, the new generation will be more interested in bitcoin and cryptocurrencies that elderly people and it's better to describe it to em through the internet or just you can explain all of that to your close friends and they can spread it to others and it will help. On the other way, the best thing that will allow elderly to know more about crypto is whether talking with em about it or just makes events about cryptocurrencies in real life.

It is indeed difficult to explain Bitcoin to ordinary people. Moreover, explain it to people who do not have IT basics. I have also introduced Bitcoin to some of my close friends who have IT basics and they are quick to understand and immediately practice doing crypto trading with me.

That will depend on the people's interest it doesn't matter if they are tech savy or IT basic as long as they are interested in the technology its not gonna be difficult. The hard thing to achieve in convincing people to invest in cryptocurrency is their interest. That is what most problem for the people who do not know nothing about btc yet.

I don't know if your logic is correct.I have been telling my friends about cryptocurrency for about 1 year and none of them became interested in cryptocurrency. It's either laziness or I don't know what). It all depends on the people. Some are happy to learn something new, others are very hard to abandon the old paradigms. Therefore, the method you described did not suit me!

I think we all need to find what works in the region we are living in. Each country has different social norms and behavior, so according to the cultural exchanges therein, we should then look at the different ways to approach the propagation of Bitcoin and how to disseminate information and teach others about it. Personally my Wife says it is a good idea for the men in the community to open wallets for the ladies in their family and teach them how to buy and save BTC. I think a lot more women would want to be engaged but do not know how.
