One day, I think to myself about how to spreads bitcoin to other people. After I create threads https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/did-you-arrange-a-meet-up-or-make-a-gathering-with-local-bitcoin-community-5191717, I see many of us don't try or don't have time to come into a gathering or make a meetup. So how we can introduce bitcoin to local people in our country if we are not trying to tells them about bitcoin? I know that will related to the regulations in every countries but we can introduce to our close friend so they will spread it into their closest friends too.

And if this is succeed, I think cryptocurrency will grow step by step. I know we can spread bitcoin online, but that doesn't mean all people in your country are aware of bitcoin. How they can know bitcoin if they never use the internet to search the news while we can tell them about bitcoin and another coin by offline.

The easiest way to invite people is to live by example, when I was starting out here when I try to tell them about Bitcoin and Blockchain they thought that I was inviting them to a Ponzi scheme, but after they saw that I am making progress in my life materially and they see through the many media news and Videos I've sent them, they finally realized how this technology can help them, you don't have to tell them they will eventually catch up because it's now becoming everywhere.

I totally agree with you and a little of your experience is also what I have experienced so we really do not need to tell them about this bitcoin technology and certainly there are many media that discuss the matter, when we talk about bitcoin to them later they themselves who will look for it on google, youtube or in any media. I think cryptocurrency will continue to run into the next year and after that we will never know it still exists or disappears, the core of all this is the most important when we have entered the world around bitcoin however the way we have to try is to get back to getting bitcoin and we will save until the end on time.. goodluck!!!

If you find an approach to certain groups of people, you can make bitcoin more popular locally and then globally.

I'm a student and I started in this forum with the help of a friend. As soon as I learned that I am able to earn money from it without paying money through bounty campaigns, I didn't hesitate to grab the opportunity to do so. Luckily, I am now earning money and as a student, it is a really big help to earn money on my own. I remember they (my other friends) didn't believe me when I told them I earned money from this but now that they saw proofs, they started to get interested and are willing to learn everything about bitcoin, on how to join a campaign and especially on how to earn money from it. Sometimes, you just need to show people proof in order to awaken their interest in something, after all, you can't force anyone to like something.

If only I am capable, I will give local people free crypto. This is the best idea for me to push them to research about it.
Some capable crypto people do it on twitter, they do giveaway free money free crypto.
I know your idea is that you want to attract more people to pay attention to bitcoin and crypto but reward it for free right now, I don't appreciate it because people often make very subjective judgments about something free, they cannot feel deeply about the product, so free is impossible. Besides, this idea as you said, needs a lot of conditions to release. Perhaps until now, our introduction has been unnecessary, most social media and media sites have given a lot of information about bitcoin, people who are interested in bitcoin can reach very quickly as long as they want to search

I think the better question is how do we get their interest in Bitcoin since there are lot of different ways to introduce it based on the previous comments. In my own experience, most of the people that I talked to just forgot about Bitcoin after few weeks because they are not interested or maybe they're still skeptical with cryptocurrency.
Once we get their interest, we dont need to introduce bitcoin to them, we need to convince them, Im sure a lot of people have their insight and idea about bitcoin but still they dont want to explore it yet because there is no one who will help them and support them in their decision, it is the right thing to do.

For one, you can share your QR code in public places so that others can scan it and send you Bitcoin.

Another good idea is to learn as much as you can about Bitcoin and write press releases, blog articles and books on the subject. By being on this forum you are also helping to spread good ideas and you can also join other Bitcoin forums (like this one) to connect with more like minded individuals.

It won't be easy at all, most locals are yet to understand the concept of internet and cryptocurrency.anyway,as someone who deals on bitcoin, how it affects your life would have a bearing on what decision they make. If bitcoin is improving you financially, that would definitely send a message to them and  affect their decision.
that is true , i was in that position where i don't bother to explain in long sentence.

they just need to see the whole me after i have involved in bitcoin , see what impact it has been done and they will understand by themselves haha however i don't want to claim this as a fortune moment , i do educational explanation often too.
about how the bitcoin vision and bitcoin decentralized system could change the whole world system to be a better one in the coming generation if it is not happened now in the near future.

a little bit exaggerated isn't it?  Cheesy sometimes i do really need it.

Seeing your question on how we can get others who are not inclined to take on the challenges they would think are associated with using bitcoin got me to think back on a post I saw while looking at another thread. Which I thought would be the best way to get people to interact about it without actually being scared to get involved using it first.

Atleast it would get the conversation going for those who are willing to want to know about it and not feel they are being advertised too. Cheesy
The first move with be on them whether they want to get involved in cryptocurrency or not.
The fact is that cryptocurrency will not be in demand by most people, as well as stock trading in the stock market.  As always, cryptocurrency will be of interest only to a narrow circle of people who are engaged in this activity.  But the situation will only change over time and it will probably be quite a few years before people start using cryptocurrency as a means of payment.

Last week I bought bitcoin worth $1000. Speaking that way it looks like everything was simple, right? But unfortunately it was not simple at all.

I had to create account and verify, then when buying bitcoin, the fee were as follows:

5% was the fee of Visa + hidden exchange fee... of the $1000 I had to buy bitcoin, it only came to $800 bitcoin in my wallet. $200  were the fees.

Now imagine how many people in my country are going to run this whole process and still pay that high fee for buy bitcoin?

It was a good idea and encouraging but somehow it couldn't enough to changes their mind and trust crypto. Basically, and even until now some of us still in doubts about crypto, they'll think of nothing good but a full of scam. And that is we would like to change and give them direction through teaching/coaching them and have to show something with them.  They need reality and by looking at how it changes your life, it surely they'll have a positive response.

The biggest problem that prevents me from introducing Bitcoin to new people in my local area is because bitcoin is not regulated by law. Most newcomers will think of bitcoin as a scam because there are so many projects that borrow the popularity of bitcoin to scam others.

Someone that doesn't have much interest in anything that is related to the internet will also not have interest in bitcoin. So these local people you're talking about, it depends on the type of people they are exactly. I have tried telling some people I see as local about Bitcoin and they are not always interested, only say that it is meant for those of us that are computer geeks. These types of people I'm talking about are the ones that focused on the mainstream society and have no interest in computer and online stuff, and they can hardly be convinced.

I don't stress much about convincing people to make use of cryptocurrency, I think when it's the right time they wouldn't need anyone to convince them at all, they will just do it on their own.

I don't stress too much myself too convincing them, I don't debate to them if they open argument, once I told them and they are not interested, I am just changing the topic and not opening it anymore, I just let them explore it on their own, I am not wasting my time making arguments for those people who doesn't to believe, if they will listen to me, I will be willing to explain to them and teach them as simple as that.

At my first year of crypto, it happened being too excited to help other people to learn all things about crypto. Unfortunately it didn't went good in the end, some of them expects me as wealthy person despite of being good on them. Some of them appreciated my efforts, but sadly most we're envy against my lucky experience of gaining such profit after previous achievements.

I'm done to be a better man, now it's time to move on and face another chapter in life as crypto oriented person.

I stand with Ukraine.
I think this should go with steps...

1.- Giveaway a couple of dollars in BTC to the local people (This way they will have to open a wallet and understand it).
2.- Show to the people how can they buy and sell bitcoins.
3.- teach people how can they gamble or trade their coins.

I approve this approach. This is exactly how I introduced couple of people to BTC back in the end of 2017. When the $2 became $6 a bit later, they asked if they should buy more BTC themselves, and I replied that it could go down as well, so they probably shouldn't. I even don't know why I said that because I myself was confident that Bitcoin will go only up and up, after it reached $19k. Smiley Anyways, that's how I saved them from making a huge mistake. They would curse Bitcoin, crypto and me too, if they bought at the $19k peak. )

One other strategy to introduce Bitcoin to other people is to choose the best timing for them to listen to you. My point is, are we going to introduce Bitcoin market to people when it was full red? No, what we should do make them feel positive about bitcoin is to choose the best timing specially when the market is going uptrend, because I'm pretty sure, even if we tell them and they decline, they will still do a bit research about it, and once they see how good the market was, may there would be a turn table to their decision.
