Honestly, bounty campaign isn't a waste of time if you know the right bounty to take part in. I've seen friends who earn from bounties here.
And so far this forum is meant for different purposes, some can register for a purpose and focus on it. So far it's not forbidden on the  forum. It depends on one's way of life.
And  the way you think bounty program is, is not what it really is. It's a way to promote a project with good and quality posts and comments. And earn with it.
When you post a good post and a user see the sticker or signature of the project you use. Your post can actually take their attention.

At first, I'm also here to earn and to learn. Before bounty provide a bigger reward  in any campaigns, can be in signature, content or social media's. This forum is also a good source to learn and to get ideas on where to invest and if that project is worth investing.
Now I also enjoy sharing my advocacy or profession not totally in terms of cryptocurrencies but related to finances and insurances. It's nice I was able to do it here in the forum with others who are also thinking of availing or in doubt of insurances.

This forum provides us with many of the features that we greatly need and the most important features are that the member provides information and large explanations that are important and useful to all members, in addition to that he has the advantage of allowing members to make profits through many options and methods as you mentioned.

I have seen a lot of people getting misguided in this forum in regards to earning money here. This forum was never meant to make money but to learn, understand and embedded the concept of decentralization using Bitcoin.

I have seen many newbies coming into this forum thinking of making a livelihood through the listed method. Obviously earning money cannot be so easy,  without the proper knowledge and understand money will never come.

I am here to learn and cryptocurrency is a never ending learning program.

Currently I benefited from the first three you mentioned but never yet on the services. Im really look up to those who are having their services here like signature codes, logo, design, ann thread creation, even art services and many more.

Isnt signature campaign considered as type of bounty campaign? No offense, I beg to disagree with you. Im doing campaign too, but I assure you Im not wasting anytime, maybe its true for some projects. But it depends on the project you pick and searched. I can say that because I did earned from it in the past and even now.

Having skill is one factor and a solid asset of a user but I think using that could benefited us on some campaign that are worth too. Anyway, just my opinion.

The answer combination of "I'm here to To achieve knowledge about Bitcoin." and listing "4 ways to earn" doesnt make any sense 

We are almost the same but the difference is I just came here to learn but I see some opportunities where I can get some extra money while engaging in some of the conversations here. I grab the opportunity and after a while I found myself ranked to Hero Member. One way to get hired by the signature campaign managers is to have a decent amount of earned merits, that's why most of the newbies are working hard to get one. but in my case, it was not really necessary because I ranked while sharing some useful knowledge and at the same time posting helpful replies.

This is the problem nowadays with the users that has always wanting to earn. Bounty hunting now is different from before because most of the projects before are successful and are also paying bounty hunters promoting the project. It can be seen that there are many altcoins now in the market listed in coinmarketcap.com show that those are real good and working project to which others are still in progress.

Now, if you will going to check this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0(Bounties Altcoins) had a lots of project being promoted and only few of it will really pay the bounty hunters. This is why it is more likely a waste of time and resources joining them when in fact they will not pay you. Looking for those good project still difficult even with some users here suggesting to join this project because of blah blah..still not a guarantee that one can be paid. Other than that I do not want also to promote a scam project to which many investors will get scam also because of me for promoting the scam project. Scammers and fraud people were not scared and they are very hard working people for they can earn fast and easy money. It is just like stealing money from others in the daylight.

How I wish that new comers would learn first in cryptocurrency and how it could change their life integrating it to make life easier and comfort into daily basis and not just by earning few cents to which it is likely a waste of time and resources.

First you have to start by contributing immensely to the forum, monitor the system to know thing about the forum, some people mind set is to join bitcointalk  because of money which is bad.
Joining the the forum does not determine that you are going to be rich but following the steps of the forum can make you to achieve your aims.
Yeah it's obvious that there is money in bitcointalk community when you programmed yourself very well, but registering into the forum because of money is bad ideology.
Op am not disputing the fact that joining campaigns and other activities that gives money in this community is wrong but we have to understand the concept that knowledge gives more money.
In summary everyone have to study the community first before hunting or looking for money.
This is my advice to newbies.

Dude, look on your statement, the idea of those two sentences are countering each other . How funny isn't it? And for that, I will not definitely believe that many people are still unaware of the opportunities here. Look, even the first words of most newbies here mentioned the words "signature/bounty campaigns".

Anyway, when it comes to my reason, I came here because my friend told me that I can earn. But as I grow older here, I found out that there is more worthy than weekly payments. I am enjoying this forum not mainly because of the money but also because of the knowledge and entertainment I get here. I hope that's what every next members' mindset would be — that they learn to more prioritize cultivating their mind than allowing too much greed for fast money .

The merit and trust system is a big help for this forum to get rid of spammers and scammers, now everyone here is compelled to follow guidelines and stop spamming this forum with useless posts, because of you are going to participate in any bounty campaign your trust and merit is your qualification that you are not a spammer nor a scammer and if you have merits and trust you are not only respected but you are qualified in all bounty campaigns.

To be honest my answer is both because I couldn't say that I'm only here for knowledge right? In fact I found this forum because of me searching on internet where I could earn money and upon browsing here in the forum I eventually learn and widen my knowledge with regards on crypto and earn at the same time. Basically, I'm earning through signature campaign and bounty campaign cause you don't need to put a money on it so you maybe could try it.

Because there's really a income generated from this forum if you are skilled and knows on what you are doing to provide a quality service or have goods to be offered on your clients.

And I agree with you about those sig campaigns earnings since this is temporarily privilege for users who active here and people should not think that they can earn with this forever since ther are times that campaigns stops and I'm sure people don't want to get broke since finding a good campaign is so hard these days due to competition here.

It is not meant for Newbies, Good campaigns are now asking for Full Member and above

Bounty Campaign:

Not much left here you would be lucky to find a good campaign as ICO and IEO are not able to attract investors.

Win Contest:

Either you need to be the best or you need to be lucky to win.

Selling Service:

You cannot sell everything here there is demand for few specific niche.

P.S - Newbies, Earning Money should be optional in this forum and learning should be your primary motive.

Such hot headlines only lead to more spam, the forum for bitcoin discussion of and not a way to make a profit.
The same ways in which you can make a profit here are on Twitter, Facebook, and others, because the forum does not pay users, but advertisers exploit members to show their signatures in exchange for a monthly amount and other things.

I joined here to help build use cases for Bitcoin that take advantage of it’s transparency and decentralized nature.

More focused show be given to the last option as it improves the forum more also the language should be rephrase so it doesn't mislead noobs. It should be something like, 'how to benefit from the forum and not actually has to do with making money. I have been leveraging on the forum for quite a number of months and so far the outcome has been very positive. One might see my exchange thread and think why continue when it looks like its not getting enough patronage on the forum but that's not a problem as most of my patronizers aren't even members of the forum yet but somehow they get to see my service.

Started the thread actually to render service to locals from my region wanting a reliable peer2peer exchange that they  won't have to be scared about getting scammed. The forum is filled with opportunity you just have to play your cards right.

I tried bounty campaign before and I ended up nothing, it is not easy to earn money there. You need a lot of patience and hardwork while you are uncertain about the coins that you can earn. Bounties are ridiculous because it feels like you are working for nothing but a small amount.


Based on my observation in this forum, there are a lot of people who are making signature campaigns as a source of profit but they are not really making quality posts. Never forget to make an informative posts that will help other people learn and posts that can create critical discussion towards a certain topic because that will make the thread more educational towards other people when it comes to cryptocurrency.

It is not true. Only good members with good post quality can join good campaigns with good pay rates. Spam members with high ranks can only join campaigns with low pay rates or bounties. Your quality and contributions are dependent on ranks.

Making money online has become difficult and bitcointalk is not an exception. A simple Facebook share or Twitter retweet used to pay 10 bucks here but it is not the thing nowadays. Signature campaigns are paying good if you hold high rank. So, overall it is difficult. Projects like ReferCoins are keeping forums like this active. Selling service is another way to earn but again without experience and good rank, you won't be hired frequently.
