Problem with cgminer startup from provided rar binary download. 5 RX580 cards.

blame it on coin dev, he used large matrix size which is more suited for CPU....... maybe he should plan hard fork and adjust algo to GPU
PS: algo setting need to be at least 5x more faster on GPU to kill CPU botnets and AWS thieves
