For now solo mining is possible from the wallet only.
In your wallet, go to HELP --> DEBUG WINDOW
click CONSOLE
type "generate 100 999999999"
this will create 100 blocks and repeat 999999999 times. It takes about one hour to complete.
you will see

when you see this, it means you found nothing
when you see this

then you just found a block and earned 1250 HTML coins!

The mining process is using your processor with SHA256.

Swap is a manual process, the team has stated that several times, hence it can take time, head over to the telegram channel, they are always there

Yesterday swaped in 3 hours.
Swap worked pretty good for me as well. Took a couple of hours, but I got them
12h and counting, previous "record" was 32h
P.S.
and seed or whatever problem again, hanging on shutdown
last send to swap addr record was 30 hrs ago, lol, maybe i lost them
Hello all, I was solo mining HTMLCOIN and solved several blocks. The reward was confirmed 11 times for one and as little as 1 time for the last one and then stopped getting confirmations. Does anyone know how I can rebroadcast the transactions since I was the receiver and it was mined? When I use 'sendrawtransaction 2000111blahblahblah' in my wallet console, it says the transaction is already in the blockchain. When I search for the transaction ID or rawtx on https://html.mastercalls.io/, it says there is no record of them? I am assuming this is because it is merely telling me the transaction is in my local blockchain file and not the actual public blockchain. I also tried the sendrawtransaction from a friends wallet console as well and received the error '16: coinbase (code -26)'. Does anyone know how I can solve this issue? Thanks!

For now, where are no pools. Mining is possible only by the wallet itself.
is this still x15 mining or is it different a little confused on the website it shows x15 mining or is it from withing the wallet only ??
x15 mining is for the old HTML5 coin. It can be swapped to the new HTML coin. New HTML coin uses sha256 for mining. But for now only in wallet. No pools for now.

As blockmonsta's pool has been more offline then running I've re-created the old HTML5 pool to support the transition (and put those X15 miners to some good use).

There are 2 or 3 HTML threads! Why does not someone organize and opt for only 1? Why is yobit still HTML5? The correct thing to be buying is HTML in Bleutrade or CryptoBridge, right? Are there any hopes that yobit will carry out the swap and agree to other exchanges? Suddenly, we have two blockchain of HTML. 
Yobit supports the old blockchain of the HTML5 coin and they don't plan to do the swap. So until 28th Mar 2018 we have to coins HTML5 and new HTML coin. Till 28th Mar old HTML5 coin can be manually swapped to the new version.
