Not sure if this thread is monitored by anyone from the hugewin team, but is there any particular reason that you no longer support betting on any MMA events?
I don't think it was due to lack of popularity, as they must've been more popular than say darts, snooker, or handball.
I'm hoping you'll bring them back soon. Just my 2 cents.

As I have been the lucky winner of the last contest that Hugewin was running, I wanted to leave some feedback here and let you know about my first impressions.

In my opinion Hugewin.com has a very clean user interface and I am using the sports section mostly. The website is intuitively useable, the colour design is cool and the separation of the picks on the right side and the offerings in the middle is well done. Sometimes there is an overlap of the picks why they are on hold when you are trying to scroll through other offerings for multibets.

The most important part to me was the withdrawal because Hugewin.com always displays your holdings in USD and you can choose which currency you use to withdraw in the end. This is important because I was wondering whether Hugewin.com takes a withdrawal fee or a cut from the conversion rate. I did the calculation and from my experience (which was 1 withdrawal in ETH) I can tell that they pay out 100% of the USD value. I found that positively surprising! I have to add though that I tried BTC first and then it asked me to change the currency. I don't know the reason or mechanics behind it, but the change was done in no time and ETH was paid out with no conversion cost at all.

My first impression is positive and I hope that Hugewin.com will soon return with some more contests as I think it's a great way to make sure people find out and get familiar with a very solid platform.

Hello.. Greetings to you O.P, please I will like to make some enquiry regarding the wager requirements for activating welcome bonus on HugeWin, because I did activated it, made some bets against Manchester City to win against Tottenham yesterday, including other single games, of which I was able to win individual significant amount of money, but when I tried withdrawing my fund, it keeps telling me I need to make the requirements for withdrawal of a welcome bonus. So I will be glad if you can give me a clue. Or is there anyway someone can see his/her wager progress?
Have you read the whole thing before claiming the welcome bonus?
There it is explained that you must wagered 50 times To be able to withdraw.

Quote
In order to request a withdrawal, the bonus amount received must be wagered 50 times, and the principal amount must be wagered at least once. For the Live Casino, this can only be applied to the roulette game. Please note that bets at odds of 1 to 2 and 1 to 3 are not valid, and a maximum of 12 numbers can be bet on.

Hugewin reserves the right to modify or terminate relevant promotions and rules without providing any reason. Additionally, Hugewin may cancel the promotion in cases of abuse.

Sad to see the signature campaign is paused, but i really feel like is gonna be resumed soon, so for a few days im gonna keep my avatar and signature(and hope).

Don't worry, the Hugewin signature campaign is just paused, doesn't mean it's stopped.
If you look at the information provided by the manager, in the initial thread he mentioned having a long term plan.

Friends, we have long-term plans and a lot of open slots!  Wink

but when the thread was edited, I saw that there was an update to the payrate and rank for participating in this campaign.
If you are satisfied with what HugeWin and the manager provide, I think you can still use signatures to support HugeWin more massively.

I think the biggest problem for newly established businesses is that:
a) since they're new, they are much more likely to have some bugs or things not working as they should, which makes them more prone to receiving bad feedback;

If there is a way that these new businesses can have their customer representative respond quickly to these bad reviews offer solution or alternative ways that suits the customers then, new customers with bad reviews may see that these business is actually responsive and working towards a solution. That's one way fix the bad reputation problem.

The thing is that no matter how they go about their business even if it's the smoothest way possible there are still going to be some customers who aren't satisfied and that's just human direct nature and there is nothing you can do to stop that and besides just like what dothebeats said if a bad review is dropped it can't be changed so the best they could all do is just to do everything so that the good reviews are more because some gambling new customer would definitely rely on that when approaching the casino.

If negative reviews can’t be deleted I think they can edit the review after everything, most people fail to read about the casino rules or rather they fail to understand what’s called feedback. The rate at which people just jump into conclusion without seeking the help center or report a problem privately is very wrong. I like it when businesses or website pay attention to such negative reviews cause everyone is actually watching what will be the development team next move after a negative feedback. Reviews like this will stand but, personally I also watch out for a respond.

Sometimes negative reviewers are not afraid either. when their problem has been solved or can be resolved, they are reluctant to change the review. This is one of the reasons why bad reviews continue to exist without any improvement from the creator.
Moreover, even though the Trustpilot site is an annoying review site for us because anyone can freely give reviews and ratings there, there are still many people who believe that the site's data is valid. so they still really consider the hugewin trustscore there.

Eh, once it's left, even if the issue has been fixed, those who left the reviews could care less to change it, much more promote the business that they've had bad experiences with. They wouldn't even try to use the service or platform again after receiving the said bad experience. A lot of businesses thrive in the feedback they receive from their customers, and if they're really genuine, they would listen to those and improve. From what I can see so far, Hugewin was able to address some of the early feedback they received from this thread. Then again, they don't have control over other people leaving the negatives and not willing to give it a shot again after their first try.

The problem with trust pilot is how it can be manipulated, in the past i have seen casinos paying to their users to leave a trust reputation on that site, and things can go both ways, user can get paid to burn a casino reputation, and they can even make it for free, just to fuck up a reputation.

Why would users collectively decide to mess up a reputation of a decent business for free for no reason at all?

b) people who had bad experiences are much more motivated to leave bad feedback than those whose experiences were positive. Most people simply are not even thinking about feedback when everything goes nice and smooth, whereas those who felt mistreated are looking for any way possible to retaliate.

Yeah Trustpilot has lose some of his power over this last years i think, a few years ago you can trust the opinions there and they were or seems very profesional but i seems in the last times some no so profesional reviews or paid people comenting there or bots, so i dont know, i always relly more on the forum.

Nahh, Trustpilot sucks even before because anyone can place a review easily using an account that is not being monitored. They are known as platform that can be manipulated a review since a bunch of multi account can swarm your reputation with good or bad feedback even without any solid proof.

Casino review site like BTCGosu and gamblingbro are more reliable than trustpilot since the review is genuinely done by trusted member here which we trust compared to random bunch of users that posting review without any basis to backed their words.

Trustpilot sucks a long time ago. Review in there is not accurate.

RE: reviews

Trustpilot sucks though. I almost always ignore them lol.

I guess because of their popularity, there are more people complaining about you-problems. Further, it's also true that there is a buying and selling market for it. Most importantly, I've also seen a lot of reputable platforms (in general) that has poor metrics on trustpilot.

But reviews are still useful for me, just depends on who writes them. For instance, if it's btcgosu or a reputable member on the forum, them I'm inclined to believe them.

Is important to have references like trustpilot and btcgosu, but is important to have our own criteria, if something looks shady then stay away from it. From what i have seen in the forum so far we can trust in huge win.

Bitcoin Casino Est. 2013

That is an unusual outcome indeed, but then again, the user is somehow right to express his frustrations due to the nature of how the game ended. On our perspective, the game is 2-2 and there is still time left to make a goal however due to the referee stoppage, it is considered a 'complete game' and not player abandonment. You can also check other bookies and see how they settled this particular game just to make a comparison. Then again, the results are official, so it's hard to really contest it even if we go into technicalities.

He was very fast to share the link of when there was commotion in the field he didn’t even noticed that after everything was settled they wrote on the screen “full-time” meaning there were satisfied with the time and wasn’t ready to make up for the 2:57 minutes that was left.

This was from the link he shared - I just had to post a screenshot here for him to view in case he ever revisits this thread.
