They should remove that idea of not winning, it is a free event, and there is no need for wagering or anything else, whether we win or not, we lose nothing but by not participating, we automatically forfeit our chance of winning.

I wouldn’t rely heavily on reviews because in the gambling industry there is a very high probability that they can write to order. Of course, I’m not saying that this should be abandoned completely, but it needs to be kept in mind.

I also read all the accusations on that site but isn't it normal to lose in gambling? Their whining about the lagging of the slot game is normal IMO since I also often experience it in other casinos. Besides, I like how the representative from Hugewin reply on every review written on that review site how how he encourage those who have issues to discuss it with customer support.

That is an unusual outcome indeed, but then again, the user is somehow right to express his frustrations due to the nature of how the game ended. On our perspective, the game is 2-2 and there is still time left to make a goal however due to the referee stoppage, it is considered a 'complete game' and not player abandonment. You can also check other bookies and see how they settled this particular game just to make a comparison. Then again, the results are official, so it's hard to really contest it even if we go into technicalities.

When I continue watching the video you provided. You will notice that players just spend their time killing it rather than playing it further just to consume the full time it’s already a tie while there’s a recent commotion so players was not eager to play anymore.

You will notice at the end of the video that it shows a full time which means the game was officially ended. I think you can consider it on basketball which team just keep standing on the court waiting for the time to end if there’s only few remaining time left while the match is not on crucial mode.

I would agree to you if the players didn’t come back on the field to finish the time.

Again, according to the bookmaker's rules, the teams must play all 90 minutes for the match to be considered complete.
And they never continued the match after the referee's whistle at 87:09.
The fact that the teams were waiting on the field for the referee to decide whether to continue or not is not part of the match.
All bets should be void, except those unconditionally determined.

Looks like arjunmujay has won, as he picked the exact minute (45'). That's annoying because I came in 2nd (if I'm not mistaken) and was off by only 3 minutes.
