I have not experience this today, I just login and I can't relate but what drawn my attention is when you mentioned your browser. We've talked about browser and restriction and honestly speaking I find it difficult using hugewin site in my opera browser and I'm surprised seeing someone else using opera browser. I think you should use other browser for now since you're trying and no result, chrome, brave etc can help probably if the problem occur you might want to contact the help and support

It is not just you, I am having different lags when opening hugewin pages, I tried it on SPort and Casino page, but it is not happening always.
I dont know what could be the reason for this but maybe they need better optimization settings or better servers.

@inspace Did you changed withdrawal fees for Bitcoin when mempool was busy?

We just played, there wasn't any type of lag. I did experience a minimal lag while playing some games, but I thought it was my PC, not 100% sure.
Played on Chrome with VPN.

The system will trigger the system only if the user requested withdrawal immediately after depositing them without doing anything wagering because it could be considered as money laundering so it's job of the casino to make sure no one is abusing their platforms. And in other possible scenarios like someone won 50K with $100 bet or something and went to withdrawal will be reviewed to check there is no bugs that were exploited or things like that.

Yeah I guess that would really clarify and make things alot simpler.
