Have been able to withdraw 1 LTC in no time few minutes ago. Some major coins like BTC and LTC are not affected.

And to add to that, they are still holding their own ground (talking about its price) in this market that we are having right now where almost all altcoins are tanking. Yes, HYP's price is also in decline since January 13 but it is still in good price range if you look at its chart. Take note that this coin has been here since 2015 and this is a POS coin who survived different market cycle in the past (bull and bear market). This just proves that the technology behind HYP is legit and it is being trusted by the investors of it. Lastly, the dev of this coin is still very active in this thread and still provide information for everyone every now and then. Wink

Since you only have 1 block, it means you only get 1 chance to win a stake each time. I'd say, split that into 2 block blocks, but it has already started to age, so I'd just leave it alone as it could stake at any time. Once it stakes I'd suggest splitting the blocks.

However to give it a fair shot, most people are having a good experience with 100k - 1million+ HYP and splitting their coins. The more coins there are, the more frequent the stakes.
