I believe the commands checkwallet and repairwallet are pretty much as clear as anyone can get them. If something is broken you repair it, aka repairwallet. If you're not sure if coins are there or not then you can do checkwallet and it will tell you if something is off or not. Not sure of commands? Just type help into the debug console and it will list them out for you.

A simple repairwallet command in the debug console would have solved that problem in seconds. Like I said previously, there is no reason whatsover someone should ever delete their wallet.dat unless it is corrupted, lost, or being switched with another valid wallet.dat

No! You aren't right! I have abnormally closed the computer once. Next day in my wallet there weren't enough 900 coins. (He has returned back for two weeks). I restarted it several times. Coins have left.... Further, I have removed wallet.dat / Have inserted an old backup copy. I have renamed her into Wallet.dat / I Have started a wallet and at me 900 have returned... Think! I just wanted to help people...

You don't have to do anything with the wallet.dat except have a backup of it. Renaming it and creating a new wallet.dat and then replacing it is basically a waste of time and is completely unnecessary for any coin. The only time a wallet.dat has to be replaced is if it is corrupted, lost, or you have multiple wallets on the same computer and you want to switch out which one loads.
