There have been a lot of new exchanges, over 50, popping up over the last few months and sadly some of them don't work properly or users are having issues with them.
The crypto world is full of thieves and other nefarious characters unfortunately, it would be best to wait and see how this brand new exchange operates when it is released before trying to get listed. This helps mitigate losses if the exchange isn't on the up and up or has problems after launch.
If users would like to see HYPER added there then I can submit it, just have to let us know.

I'm working on this issue at the moment.
I fuckin' lost 41 ETH in August from an exchange and I didn't know this account was compromised and then voila out of the blue I found out through Reddit my BTT account was hacked. That was Feb. 16th. Today is March 6th and they are still using it. https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/jtnichol-400781

As a reminder for the distribution claim form, signature refers to the encrypted message your wallet creates using that address. It does not mean put the message that needs to be encrypted into the claim form and submit that.
The last 3 claims submitted were rejected due to this so if these are your addresses then please fill out the form correctly.

If you didn't have your coins in your wallet by February 4, 2018 then yes, those coins aren't eligible for the distribution.
