No no, I think you are wrong. There is no problem with using the ERC-20 platform for new projects. I guess the setback (and I would like to stress out that this is very temporary) that is happening right now is much larger than what you probably imagine. If you observed, it is not only Ethereum that is suffering. You can easily notice that almost all the cryptos right now is going down. Even Bitcoin, the top of all is also moving downward. The market is really bearish for now. We will patiently wait for the bullish season. There is always recovery.
