Add good bonus on sports bets most especially the premier league, world cup, and the champion league, and give good service that other casinos does not offer that way you keep your clients hooked to your platform. Those are some huge claims the casino is making. Running a no KYC casino with good profits will be hard to sustain in a long term.
Besides that, its good that costa rica laws currently allows casinos to accept players form anywhere in the world but we never what might happen in the future.
If the jurisdiction changes and new laws restrict casinos to accept foreign players or wants them to have KYCs then the casinos claims will turn false.
I think the casino should have clause mentioned on their site that unless the laws changes they wont be demanding KYCs from users and will allow foreign players.
This way even if the laws change they won't get into major trouble.

Yes you are right that mate as we all know that once a gambler launches his/her casino then he already has a tip on how to convince a customer because he already knew what are the customers want and needs if he /she fulfill that then for sure many gamblers will attract and get their attention to a new launch casino. And the best think to do if he gonna open an casino is that he must have enough money to sustain the casino if the players will win and also have a facilitator to maintain and control the gamblers.

Most likely the main reason why OP wanted to start up his own casino is probably how great the gambling industry is, especially with how high the market and profit flow on a casino. Also, AFAIK, OP has backgrounds in gambling and casino and has connections to help him start his business. However, it will be a great initiative if OP will be able to explain his reason, but I don't think it is necessary to do so as long as he will be able to provide the service his offering.
