I have an idea but I am not sure how good it would be for your project of casino.
What about giving bonuses/free spins to people who are unlikely to cheat them? You could give away some unique bonus codes to reputable Bitcointalk Hero & Legendary users of the Gambling section, these codes would be not intended to be transferred or used more than once per account, that way you would encourage some people around here to deposit and give your casino a try.

Try to avoid no deposit bonus even if the amount is a few dollar. You will end up discovering yourself losing a lot of money. Eventually these accounts are hundreds of bots from a few group of people.

It is much better if you have licensed your site.  But here I have some doubts why any licensing agency would give a license for your site to use the site completely anonymously.  Because there is a lot of privacy and there are a lot of trams & conditions that no user can do any illegal activities through any licensed casino.  But if your site allows users to gamble in a completely anonymous manner and if users never need to kYC then it's natural that there will be a lot of illegal activities, how do you prevent this?

You need to have strict rules in place to avoid bonus abuse, although there is always someone capable of doing that.
Whether your casino is already under development or is this just the first step by asking members for advice.

We discuss imagination here (no link on OP) and seem like too far if continue with KYC or discuss about limit bet above. What people want to know 1st is the physical form of your gambling site. I still don't know your GUI and what your offer is if you don't have a site yet. If you try marketing like this, you must have something good to offer like; offering 1st register bonus, or a bounty to try the website.
