A/ Nope is not risky because it gets convert into USDT or BTC instantly, we are going to have Texas hold em since is the more popular
A/ Thanks
That's all that most gamblers and your potential customer will ask for. No more questioning for the KYC and everyone can easily play the games that they have without the worry of being asked later during the withdrawals for the KYC. I just don't understand though why there's a shopping cart on your website?
Thanks hehehe yeah is for sell tickets of the monero lotto game but we are closing that, and soon we are going to update the site
I thought that it was made for something else like your personal merch or so. I didn't think about it selling tickets for the monero lotto game. Btw, I think that this thread should be your own thread already, and change the title into an announcement thread just like the other casinos that are on this section. So that, you'll just continue the normal conversation just as you've started since it's all about your casino.
How are you going to operate legally then ? I mean whatever country you are registered at or want to operate in will require you to fulfill the KYC norms. How are you avoiding this ? Is the KYC later needed for like big withdrawals ?
This can again cause legal complications for you as a gambling platform and also for players. Have you thought about this and how will you fight against it ?
Have you taken the necessary permissions for this ? Like in my country, people from some regions cannot perform gambling related activities . How will you stop them from using your website to be legally compliant with the laws in our country.
A/ - 1 We are legally operating, we are from Costa Rica and our gambling laws don't require us to apply KYC to the clients, KYC is not going to be required for big winnings
A/ - 2 Yes we have thought about it and we are in order with our laws
A/ - 3 Yes we have take the necessary permissions and Costa Rica gambling laws allow us to accept players from anywhere, we are not going to stop anyone

I’m also curious about this since they are providing 3rd party game provider. All license provider has a KYC policy for AML policy. There’s no way to operate fully anonymous on casino that is not decentralized.
Maybe they will not get license and will just add 3rd party games provider. A pros and cons when omitting the KYC part of the system.
A/ Yes is possible to operate a 100% anonymous casino from Costa Rica
