One of the most common line on which people could really say on the time that they had lost money with gambling.You cant really make assurance even if the odds were too far away specially if its heavily the favorite one.
You should always bare up into your mind that there's no such thing about 100% assurance or sure bet even though it do really looks one sided match.We do always have that so called upsets
on a particular game which it cant really be that possible for it for you to go all in just because you are sure or get in line with those money line but its not.
Sorry for your loss and you should be wise on taking up some bets on the future.For sure this isnt the time you would be quitting. Cheesy

It was really a big upset and for sure not only you, but a lot of fans of Argentina and even the whole country itself is very disappointed with the outcome of the game. Argentina has difficult time scoring against the the Saudi.

And this is the classic example of an upset, in any sports we have seen this. And as a bettor who lost big, most of the time we think that something really colluded against you to have this big lost and thinking of quitting gambling for good.

Maybe your are right, I made a grievous mistake and am really regretting it, to see that odds on Argentina was 1.13 while odds on Saudi Arabia was 16.0, the gap was really much, and considering the fact that Argentina is a top team, well known in the world of football, like I said, I had absolutely no doubt they would win, this is a big lesson for me and I've learnt it in a hard way, sincerely, my mistake was being so sure without a second thought, maybe if I had a second thought, I would have imagined what could go wrong and betted with an amount I could loss without shaking.
But then, lesson learnt, it's a bad day.

This is probably one of the greatest upsets ever on the sport and maybe one of the greatest upsets ever regardless of the sport, I was watching the game but it was late already so I only watched the first half, and with Argentina ahead by a score and having such a command over the game I went to sleep thinking they will score at least twice and get an easy win, imagine my surprise when I woke up and found out that they lost this game, and if I am this shocked I cannot imagine your state as you went all in and lost it all.

These things happen. You can't get down over it. Instead, you got an introduction to what gambling is, which is entertainment. Think of how much more emotion you had when watching that game because you had money on the line. That's gambling. It's excitement. The idea that you could make or lose money based on what you see. The fact you came here to post this shows that you've had an extremely emotional reaction to your bet, which is what is supposed to happen. If it is extremely disappointing for you like this post indicates, that means you wagered too much. Lower you bets and learn to enjoy the ride. That's what it's about.

I can relate with this situation and I do understand that your decision to quit gambling was made out of frustration and great disappointment from maybe a consistent loses you've made and I guess you played this very match going all in because you had the hope and intentions to recover all your loses and if you can be sincere to yourself, then you'll understand and realize that if you went all into the match based on the factors I've mentioned, then you were trying to indulge in revenge gambling which is very common in trading and this is a situation where you try to recover all your loses buy using an amount of money one can't afford to lose with high hopes to recover all loses which most times comes out with the negative result.
I'm sorry for your loss and I hope you take a break off gambling rather than quiting and try to be more care this time and be contented with every win you make when you get back.

It is what International Football is, some time we may see so unexpected/surprised result where a favorite team defeated by non favorite team.
The chance of unexpected result in International matches is bigger than in club tournament IMO so always be careful when betting.
The mistake you did is that you placed an all in bet for such small odds but you seems to forgot that there is always a chance for you to lose in small odds bet.
Sorry for your loss, lesson learned for you that you should never do all in bet if you are not ready with the risk.

f you did more research that there's a new head coach for the KSA team you should have known they might have edge over this match rather than simply think "this is Argentina and they will dominate it". I didn't expect them to win too but the difference is that I haven't made any bets on that match. I don't think you could make a huge win betting on Argentina considering the odds, most of bettors will rely on them too to win, you'd win a little with what you bet for Argentina.

I'm sorry about what happened but that experience for sure has happened to many gamblers here as well. You'll surely feel disappointed but one piece of advice that long-time gamblers always say is not to go all in. I've also had the same experience years ago that made me think of quitting gambling as well but after several weeks, I tried my luck and gamble again. Losing and disappointments are part of our gambling journey and we have to accept the fact that we could not always win in gambling. Acceptance will be the key for you to move forward. It's fine to feel disappointed and rest for a while.

Not only you, Argentina is my favorite team.I really love them from the time of Maradona, Gabriel Batistusta, Juan Veron to the era of Messi. since the first half whistle sounded, my estimation, Argentina will score three goals. and it does come true, but sadly. goal should be disallowed for offside. the goal that was annulled the second time, made me very emotional. this time it was VAR, which let me down.
