In my opinion, it would be wise if we learn about trading knowledge and trading techniques before actually plunging in the cryptocurrency trading.
Many basic knowledge and various trading techniques that we can learn from various sources, we can use the source from Google or tutorial video about trading that we can watch on Youtube.
It is not easy to do cryptocurrency trading even though we have learned the basics and techniques, we also have to analyze or research on which coin we will choose so that we can generate good profit for us

Probably one of the most plausible ways is to buy one Bitcoin and wait until its value can give you a refill to recover your losses.
Trading again will only add to your losses.
Seriously? You dont need to trade all of your money. You will lose big. You should diversify all your money and all will follow. In Trading, you should have the knowledge and you need to control your emotion.

The market is so down and not promising ,no one can really predict the trading of coins in the market and so many day traders are really running into lost.

There is so much garbage/scam stuff out there it's hard to trust anything. There are scam ICOs, scam exchanges, hacker/manipulation threats...and even if you're working with a project that doesn't have that stuff going on, you still have to deal with the volatility of the market. I've reduced my risk by limiting my investment to only what I can mine, earn with my time (apps/bounty/etc), and being very conservative with any amount of exchange I think is worth pursuing. Better luck in the future and good luck to everyone trying to make something happen in this fledgling market.

Many traders lost their money because of their emotions and lacking knowledge about that certain coin. You can look for a job to get your money back if you think trading is not for you or, you can invest again and gamble your money in crypto world.
really trading is not easy. should really be able to analyze the market well and should be able to predict future prices. if the market is not mastered and not even able to read charts of price movements can be sure it will be a loss. that's a big risk in the crypto world.
At the moment is most of the coins down. Just HODL for few more months and you will be fine. Crypto is just at the beginning!
