You really lost a bigger amount. I will say that you stop to trade right now and start to learn more about trade and start to learn about the coins and when you learn enough especially about the coins then invest in those coins which are coming with a special development or event and that will increase in price and you can earn from those coins. Rigt now I will suggest you to study about XVG, TRX and ADA coins.

Crypto trading is not for everyone, you may want to change your strategy to holding. Anyway, don’t trade or buy coins blindly. Do research and always hyped coins. I hope you have not sold the coins, if the prices fall due to the bear market, you can always hold to recover your losses.

You need to consider this: we dont really lose if we're still alive. You can either make this a lesson on life, and start again. Or you could admit your defeat and try your luck on something else.

You arent stupid you are just learning how to trade very well,so do not beat up yourself with these mistakes,do not lose hope and dont quit because someday you will learn how the things work,and im sure you wont lose big amounts of money if you did learn something from your mistakes,keep it up and keep fighting!

dont know what you have right now but i think less than 13k. if your not good at trading its not too late for not to trade. you should hodl for clear profits. its more safe than trading

how you lost it? with scam ico? or because of eth and btc crash? if first - no one can help you,you need to find better ICOs from known team ,like Merculet or Egretia, if second - wait till june and you will get your money back i believe
