How you can get your $13,000 back;
1. Make strategy how you are planning to invest in, lets suppose if you set 30-50% profit from each trading, when your target achieve sell off your coin instead be greedy and wait for coin to go to moon. When any coin go to moon, it falls down even faster, within hours.
2. As previously said, buy at lowest, even if you bought at bit higher and coin price is decreasing, HOLD and don't panic sell.
3. Be patience with your investment, and always invest what you can afford to lose.
4. Start with small investment and learn how to trade. Don't day trade until you are an expert.

I lost some dollars on trading too but I have my alts all ready set on sell and just forget about then in the meantime. I've observed trading and even those you considered dead coins come pumping unexpectedly so don't loose hope. They'll recover. When? That I'm not sure.

I think not only you, right now almost altcoin really fell after a correction in 2017, and then the bitcoin grows and the effect of altcoin falls again. patience is very required to hold the altcoin that I hold. alternatively I do now to cover the losses on the decline, I make a large-scale purchase to altcoin that I hold versus the existing ones. I believe in next month I will get extraordinary profits.
Wow that's a lot of money, sorry for your loss. In trading, you win some, you lose some. Sometimes you don't succeed in trading and that's normal. All you must have is patience and just take your time, study all possible outcome good or bad before you do your trade.
Trading i also like a gamble if you go all in you can lost everything. before you are good at trading you have to lose some money first but 13000? that's a lot of money. If you think you are not that good don't go that big.

Trading is not as easy as we think. I am now avoid to do trading. I prefer like to buy masternode coin like XCPO. It works, XCPO masternode operators are gain passive income everyday. No need to do trading anymore. It is a good time to buy XCPO in Cryptopia because the price is falling now.We all have different preferences in how we grow our investment and some really try hard to do trading even they didn't know what were they actually doing. If you just have at least basic knowledge then just do long term holding like at least 6 months to 1 year and in this way we can lessen the losses. However, still we should know what coin will hold, of course do your own research first so there will be no regrets afterwards.

I recommend to you to stop trading or maybe you should rest for a while if you feel stress about it. Maybe you should give your attention in other thing or the other way to earn in crypto then do it if you have earn a lot, or asked your friend or some people to help you in how the proper trading to avoid losing money.
Hang on there, hopefully the market will turn the tides and become bullish. This year has been pretty rocky and it's harder to make decent profits than last year. It can't be bearish forever but the longer it is, the more it does hurt. I hope the bulls come soon.

How did you lost your money? Did you panic sell? If yes, maybe trading is not for you or you may need to control your emotions.
Dude! Trading is not for people who have a fainted heart. It's not also a get rich quick scheme you need lots of things to gain profits on trading. I myself lost a small amount of money on trading. You need to learn technical analysis, fundamental analysis how to cut loss when to get in on a coin and when to get out. If you want to trade you need to learn all these things and many more. If you have money I would suggest you to just buy and hold people make much more money by just holding their coins for a long time and you don't need to worry if a price of a coin falls hard as you are there to hold for a long time. Just pick some good projects and hold your coins for more than 2 years and you will surely get huge profits. 
Its remind all of us that trading is not an easy way to get a get rich quick scheme job. It's harder than expected. It's essential to the people who still have a few experiences about cryptocurrency trading to start with a small amount of money, not jump in with a big stash in your pocket.

you didnt mentioned how you got loss,whats the fundamentals you did for losing that large capital.because as far as experienced is concern,we cant loss that big even in basic way of trading.the STOP LOSS strategy,maybe you an eager trader or a greed which always aiming for a big profit,not considering the movements but just looking for big income
Trading for traders) I prefer more long-term invetsting strategy, when you dive into the fundamental analysis of the project very deep and thenk make an invest and don't care about market.

Trading crptocurrency is not as easy as it seems. You don't just buy the dip and sell it, you have to understand the volatility of the market and learn from reading a lot. If trading doesn't work for you then try other techniques. It is a matter of trial and error that you find what best works for you.
