Trading is just like gambling. You win sometimes but sometimes you loss. Losing in trading is part of the whole picture. Even the professional traders also experience to lost. But the common denominator of successful traders are they never quit from trading. Instead, they write down their mistakes, analyze it, learn from it and try again. They never give up to try again until they became experts.

Do not feel sorry about yourself, instead, try to entertain yourself or do something that can bring back your self confidence then try to analyze your mistakes that leads to your loses then try again. Remember that there is no easy road to success. Winners never quit.

I am really sorry to hear about this. The hard truth is getting that much money back wouldn't be a piece of cake. If you are an investor and you lost money that is a part of the game unfortunately.
My advise is to always follow your gut and study the organization you are about to join especially in the crypto space. NEVER go all in. invest money that you are willing to lose.
Don't be attracted by be rich quick schemes.

Start putting small amount of money in stable and known currencies (bitcoin, eth etc) I advise the top 10 from the list CMC and build your portfolio from there.

PS. I hope this isn't Bitconnect you are referring to if it is, and you still have their coins. JUST HOLD IT and dont dump it to the price it's at right now. Ive heard there is a law suit in motion that when won you will get it in the value they said it will be at before they went away.

Trading is not as easy as we think. I am now avoid to do trading. I prefer like to buy masternode coin like XCPO. It works, XCPO masternode operators are gain passive income everyday. No need to do trading anymore. It is a good time to buy XCPO in Cryptopia because the price is falling now.

You need to take a break. Just dont look at bitcoin / altcoin charts. Dont read any kind of news about crypto for about a month. If you can take a vacation then do it. After 1 month go back on crypto space. Start Again. Create you plan and follow it. Start with small amount.

Remember that great things starts at small beginnings.

I think holding long term is safer and more certain, although profits will accrue slower. Trading is more seductive but you are most likely to do more damage than good to your bottom line.

The best way is to look for good airdrops and hold them. You risk nothing because you got the coins free, and you don't have to analyse markets or guess or anything.

I'm currently following the marinecoin airdrop. Everybody that qualifies (up to the first 20,000) gets 450000 MTC ... each!. No need to invest your cash or worry about trading. Just qualify, apply, and hodl. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

I have a paper loss of $50,000, but I know that I can still recover because the coin i am investing is a good project. You can also get your losses IF you invest in an altcoin with good project and IF you haven't sell it yet.

are you believed that you consulted a good experienced trader ? because if you consult a good experience trader you will not loose that kind of huge money , if you want to get your money back do a trading again but make sure you will be able to have a patience waiting for a good timing in selling your coin . trading is easy but if you do not have enough good strategy you will truly lose most of the time .

Thank you, no way to get back my money, I want somebody teach my what I don't know about crypto currency.

A large part of trading is seeing the bigger picture. It always helps to zoom out on charts to see longer term trends.
If a coin looks like it is dropping over a period of a few hours, if you look instead over a month then it may be a minor dip in a steady rising trend.
I am by no means an expert trader, but rule#1 I think is always look at longer term patterns.
