If you lost such an amount of money the real problem is in you, i am very sorry for saying that but what if whole world start investing and 90% complaint for losing their money and want it back and you are creating your own project, would you return the money to them? I didn't think so. So start learning how to invest and when and how to get out or maybe trading is not for you.

Trading isnt that as easy thing like buying at the dips and selling at the peaks,theres a lot of things to consider,technical and fundamental analysis should be also considered,you might need to learn the basic technical analysis because it can save your ass from getting rekt from your trades.I have been studying technical indicators for 2months and i have been trading for about a week and today i have 30% gains since last week.Swing trading in a 4hr chart is my trading style you should know yourself which type of person are you? so that your trading style would fit to your personality.I'm thinking you use a lot of stop losses. The thing I have against swing trading in crypto is that you will make gains very easily - until the next crash wipes out everything. In 10 trades it just takes 1 red line all the way down to catch you unawares.

Have you sold the coins or still have it? You don't really lose until you sell. With cryptocurrency you just need to hodl some coins for longer than anticipated. But if you have sold than I would recommend you to try not trading and just hodling a coin. As you are more likely to make better returns by just hodling a coin in the long run.

it is a huge money , it is hard to earn again instantly you should put some time when you trade . I see that you out a huge amount of money in trading but you dont have enough knowledge doing that thing . Maybe you should start investing in good ICO in 2 to 3 months frame you will earn good amount .
When you invest in crypto I suggest to use these rules:
1) Invest only amount of money that you do not afraid to lose.
2) Never invest all that money to one token. Spread it between several coins.

The only rule here is to invest only what you can afford to lose. Dot. Nothing else. Do not gamble your life savings, that is straight stupid.

You only lose the moment you sell your coins lower than what you paid for. Otherwise, just HODL till the prices reestablish. If you sell while on a loss, well.. This type of investment isn't for you. FOMO can be a huge bitch if you let your emotional take over your logical side of things.
