It is up to him if he wanna hold or sell because by the looks of it, he already gain profit because he has bought those ethers at low price.

250 ETH is a considerable asset. I think you should make your own map for your investment in some tokens that there is great potential. besides ethereum you can get many benifet of course
when i became you. I will sell some and the rest I will use for the others. I want to make an investment in cryptocurrency other than bitcoin and also ethereum. see other potential

Wow that's a lot of money for 250 ETH how I wish I can have even at 2ETH. Anyway you need to HOLD for the best price as we are at the downfall. I'm sure that price will climb back in the coming months as this ethereum is a proven with a good product that can attract new buyers. Be patient as always no need to hurry. Definitely hold them for now, ETH is not done rising. The recent drop was just a readjustment after all the attention. It will show a steady climb again
It seems to me that these coins do not need to be sold now. I am fully confident that at the end of the year the price of ETH will be much higher than now.
250 ETH is huge but it will take some time to make many more ETH by holding as compared to trading. I suggest you hold 2/3 of it and trade the 1/3 for other altcoins. Smaller alts have a higher probability of multiplying several times. You can find yourself some good alts and rebuy more ETH with the profit you make .
If you are doing this for a ahort term, You can keep it till the end of 2018, as it is predicted to end at a total of $3000.
30 % of your money I would keep in Ethereum, the rest I would divide between such altcoins as red pulse, apex, gladius and stratis.
In my opinion, withdrawing 70% of your cash flow to keep the remaining 30% will continue to invest in other coin or invest in ICO projects. If you have large amounts of ETH then you have to be experienced in the market. I believe he will be more successful.

Keep holding it and once price spikes I am pretty you get a big profit and you can cash out if you'd like to . 250 ETH is so big so I am thinking if you make 100 percent profit go ahead and cash out .
Wow! this is a great quantity you have. But hold for another 2 or 3 years you will get the value as like bitcoin today. I agree, holding of eth is a wise decision in crypto world. I see the potential of eth to grow more like btc. Just be patient, you will get more profits by holding so don't be too hurry to sell that. 
Eth has encountered a downhill the past few months until now to start this year but i don't think that it's a good decision to select SELL today and become regretful in the coming months when eth will recover and go hit 1,000$ mark again. 250 Eth is really a big money already and for me, i will HOLD it as long as i can.

many people suggest like you. by looking at the characteristics of market where at the end of the year experiencing a high spike and this can watch on the market every year, it is better to hold until that time if you intend to sell it immediately
Hodling 250 ETH he's become rich already. Whatever the price he bought it in 2017 must be pretty cheap and he's made insane profits already. Eth has got huge potentials. I remember when I first set up my www.blockchain.info wallet in October 2017, ETH was about $270 and it's amazing how it to rose over $1100. We might just see the price hitting $2k by the end of 2018. I recommend you continue to hodl
