I recommend you buy waves. If you back in 2018 you will have better profit than now, its price growing now.

At the moment I would invest in altcoins. Eth, etc, zec and may be monero. But mostly in Eht it is undervalued now.

I will be honest with you. I got into cryptocurrency about 1 year ago. I bought some bitcoin. Then I started trading some of that bitcoin for other altcoins. Then I started being active looking for airdrops and ICOs to invest in.

ICOs - I have lost money in all of them.
Airdrops - most are worthless, a couple have been worth a little bit but only in the short term - there is very little long term value created - just pump and dump (ETHD, eBTC).

Altcoins - none have outperformed Bitcoin and I should have left my initial investment in BTC.

All in all, after all my work researching and being active to join airdrops and earn bounties I have just about made back my losses participating in ICOs and the 'lost value' from the poorer performance of altcoins (ETH, XRP, BTX, BYTE, NEM etc).

All in all I would have been just as well off and saved myself literally WEEKS AND WEEKS of hassle by just buying Bitcoin and leaving it there.

If you have a some small amount of money you can start your earning with very easy system. System number one you should buy some bitcoin with your pocket money then you can recharge crypto currency trading when you understand total trading system then you can start your earning. If you buy bitcoin then you can buy altcoin and you can make a profit.

I will ask that you do some due diligence on ICO and determine the one with products attached. Projects on medical, power , telecommunications and real estate are good to go but the team behind the project is a good sign.

2023 would most likely be as bearish as 2022
Well, you've invested too much into one coin that didn't have a track record and you lost.
You really need to diversify your investment and pick out multiple coins after careful research, don't just pick any random coin or ICO.

How long has Sia been around for? Just a couple of years, with the only significant activity on the market starting in 2016.
You simply bought too late, if you lost that much you bought at the top of its price.

I am going sell sia and invest in good ico... Is it viable??

bitcoin is the best choice, with less risk

yes holding bitcoin is the best choice for now because bitcoin is up and down and this is our chance to buy and sell the bitcoin. but if you already have sia then I suggest to hold more longer than other coins because sia needs a long time to gets up again. we all have the same experience when bitcoin price is increase and it makes altcoin have down for a while and this conditions is like this for more than one month but we could still waiting if we have patience.

I think its best if you did some more research on the projects first instead of banking on someone elses advice.

all you can do is to search the best coins in the market, invest on it and just wait for the market to do the job.
few years back nobody knows that btc will go boom?just few are luckily kept their btc and now they are the most lucky people in the world.

really what you say. we never know if the new coin will be the best coin on the market because people do not know if Bitcoin will soar as it is now.

Altcoins are a gamble so look for an altcoin with a plan. Many of these cryptocurrencies take your money and then only prepare a business plan so they have nothing behind them. Doing my research I have found a few upcoming ICO's but I am mostly interested in Propthereum.io at the moment. The difference with them is they are an asset backed cryptocurrency with a business plan. They have great potential for a great return on investment. Definitely worth taking a look at and having a read of their whitepaper.

no one can predict ROI, so this indicator is considered post-fact. Potentially the first 20 coins can give a good profit. It seems to me that crypto investment is a short investment for a period of no more than 1 year. After 6-12 months, you should reconsider your portfolio

For now, I can suggest you to invest in waves and ethereum. Especialy waves is very good for you right time, if you are looking for long term investment. Be patient and hold your money. You can get profit at last.

I would say patient is the best key in the business of cryptos.

Therefore, if you can wait for at least one year to start expecting income then you research on altcoin that are very cheap and also that has capacity to grow or that are used for exchange.

Get like 3-5 of them and buy into, I'm sure you must smile with huge profit in a year's time because they must appreciate.

Think about that. I just bought into sic

I think your safest bet would be to simply purchase BTC and hold BTC- period. Throwing money you are counting on into altcoins; without a well developed plan; and a strong position in the altcoin community (as in you are actively communicating with other traders) is likely going  unless you plan on devoting a serious amount of time playing the alt-coin game.

Alt-coins, while recently have seen a serious rise in value due to their direct trading pair with with BTC; are still highly volatile, and are still highly manipulated by those who either hold the lion's share of a given currency (or a group of traders who control the lion's share and are working together).

Even while the most reputable and long time established exchanges, such as Bittrex, have come a long long way from their intial launches, such as their security policies; their trader verification process, and the way they vet coins, and their respective devepopers; the altcoin world is still an ever evolving landscape and in many ways is still the Wild West- very much in it's infancy.

There really are no get rich quick strategies for those new to trading or even investing in cryptocurrencies. Even the most seasoned investors plan carefully; and know what they are up against- which is a still that can only be learned over a lot of time through trial, error and analysis.

I think any entry point right now for BTC is a good entry point for the long term investor. I told friends to buy after the crash at 600, I told them to buy more when it dropped into the 300s, and more into the 200s and so on. I think many thought it was unwise to buy at $2000, and many too afraid to buy at $3000. But here we are at $5500, and I still think it's a smart time to buy... long term.

Invest only what you can afford to lose completely; and if you have faith in BTC as many do (and more so every day); the long term gains could be many fold your initial investment at it's current price... provided you have the patience to allow the market to eb and flow and the stomach to ride it out.
